Pretty Good lift today. Shaky here and there but got some extra reps in on my pressdowns. Sucks we dont have anything to put on the stack to make it heavier. Rear Delt on my left side is still aggravated, Im sure its gonna really suck when I come off here in 6 days.

Well like 14 lbs last I checked.... pretty lame. idk im killin the cals and hittin it pretty hard in the gym I just cant get the scale to move. I added some creatine so I would expect to start holdin as little more weight. bf% not sure... I posted some picks n i have more comin soon so you guys can be the judge

New gym yesterday just for convenience. I swear the weights didnt weigh what they said on them. **** felt crazy heavy. They reminded me of the cheap old school plasticky weights you filled with sand. I was havin a rough time but watchin this dude with legit 13 inch arms load up 320 on the decline then get pissed at his buddy when he touched the bar before it raped it life was pretty funny. feelin like todays lift could go either way. bringin a girl with me. could potentially be motivating but will probably just be annoying
 
So yesterday was supposed to be my second to last pin. I ended up not doin it and just ending this cycle. not worth being on for a couple extra days. I havent been happy witht the latter part of this cycle and Im ready to move on. Ill begin my clomid in two days and hope to recover quickly.

Lifting later, really need to kill it after the worst binge all cycle yesterday. Fried food, cheese, and chocolate.... o god

last pin was day 86 outta 90 so i ended two pins early. No big deal I dont mind holdin the extra gear for later. I think I want to do a test and dbol run in like 5-6 months. 1g of tren haha thats nuts!

My bis burnt out way faster than normal today... i dont know if it was just a bad day or if 3 days without an injection is already affecting me

Hey bro whats wrong with 13"s?? Did he atleast keep them clean though lol. You got to love the entertainment though man. My favortie is the guys that think theyre some sort of gangster or hot **** always looking for a fight you know the type. But if they actually decide to skip the 15lbs db curls theyll usually go straight to the flat bench put some quarters on each side like a bada$$ and try to hit that ****. Its hilarious when they lower that bar and it never leaves theyre chest and they start looking around for help lol. That type of stuff makes my day :mischievous: haha.

So give me the summary of your cycle man...what was the total weight gain and how much gain on the maxes??? How about measurements you take any?? I bet you got atleast some 14"s on you know haha im jk bro theyre without a doubt solid 14.5's :bling: lol. Sorry just giving you a hard time brother.

Im a week into a SD/HD stack! Going well so far man this next week is when ill see if strengths up yet it will be second time hitting everything. I feel like hercules :aargh: so well see lol.

Just weighed in after wakin up and takin a dump......... wow lightest ive been since like wk2 179 lbs???! Total of only 11 lbs for the whole cycle. Idk whats goin on. You would think the creatine would hold some of the water even.

Cycle Overview:

Beastdrol Portion- first 28 Days 30mgs


Weight gain was quick and substantial. Strength was not so apparent and overall didnt seem to live up to the hype it gets as one of the best strength compounds(at least for me). The strength addition became more obvious in the third week. Muscle hardness and fullness was awesome and came on very quickly. I did add some serious muscle during this portion too. The sides on this compound were pretty rough though. Back pumps were horrendous at times despite high water intake and taurine supplementation. Also the tanking of hdl and raising of ldl is some serious business. I felt very lethargic after some time. It became very obvious just how crappy I was feeling a few days after comin off because I noticed how awesome I felt all of the sudden. Overall the compound is pretty awesome for adding mass but the sides can be rough also Id still rate it a solid 8/10.

Next month was just the tren and test.

I solidified all the muscle I gained on the SD and started to build my real strength during this portion. I added some extra mass and began too get some nice leaning and vascularity from the tren. I really felt great after the superdrol cleared and it made everday life easier.

21 days of MDXT 40/40/50

(Must be noted I also had raised my test to 750 and tren just over 500)

Unlike the SD I experienced no immediate boost in weight and during the entire span of this I put on a total of 2 lbs. I did increase my strength but again that should be expected with a boost in test/tren. Sides were non existent. I only noticed less than clear urine the last couple days but that could be dietary. Funny I started experiencing headaches for a couple days AFTER coming OFF. Zama noted it as a side of caffein withdrawl(I beleive one of the lab tests noted this substance in MDXT). Anyhow I would whatever is in this a paltry 2/10 and not worth the bottle it was packaged in. Unfortunately I also boght a bottle of Malicious Mass so I might as well toss that in the trash too.

The remainder of the cycle (test was raised to 800)

The final couple weeks I didnt manage to add any weight but seemed to have dropped a couple pounds in the last few days. I do look a little more trim this morning but idk. I did hit a couple new PRs but didnt really test too many for fear of injury. My shoulder really sucked on this cycle. Overall Im dissapointed. I didnt reach anywhere near my goal despite pounding cals and even adding Serious mass to push over the top. I wanted my next cycle to be a cut but I havent gotten large enough IMO. I think perhaps DBOL in about 5/6 months. Anyhow Test has been king forever so 9/10 but Tren is KING SH!T10/10!

Been dosing HCGenerate (7caps) for a few days and adding clomid 50/50/50/50 tomorrow. Wish me luck. Ill continue to log workouts to see where my strength goes if anybody cares?

My strenght blew up for a while but tbo I thought I would get a little more towards the end but it just didnt pan out. anyhow my strength has gone too far yet. I can tell that Im not able to do the same workload before failure though.

My girl took some pics for me last night and just lookin at them made me feel small haha. I have zero posing experience so Im not really sure how to make things look good but here they are. They're all cold and pretty relaxed without much of a flex.

Yea man at your height that would be some no BS size! I should easily crack 180 at 5'4" this cycle, im sitting at 174 right now with over 4wks left. I would say im close to your BF maybe im a tad leaner in the chest and back. Hard to say pictures dont do anyone justice really. I hold all my fat on the belly. But i was a good 11% 9 months ago before i started bulking so its a little depressing but id rather be bigger than tiny and lean. I plan to bulk as much as i can this cycle then run a recomp if i can get the discipline back. Bulking just too easy and ruins everything else.

Keep us posted on your plans man id like to follow your progress.

I appreciate man. Yea I figure a lean 185 on my frame should look pretty fantastic. Gonna take some hard work to get there but when I do Im sure the reward will be worth it. On the other hand, Im not convinced I'll ever be satisfied. I guess I'll have to find out

My strength is definately dropping off with my weight although not quite as drastic.

Low row numbers were still the same although I had to kinda lean a little to get the last cpl reps at 270. Iso lateral rows were down also but all other bicept exercises were pretty much the same.

2 solid days back after this miserable cold, Im still stuffy. Chest/tris was depressing and i struggled with 105s. Back/bis went better but i tired quickly. doin some shoulders/legs tomorrow hoepfully back normal.
