Felt really good about todays lift and my bis were definately beat up when I was finished. Interesting thing today: I felt some pretty mild back pumps. MDXT doin something? not sure but lets hope so cause I decided to just stick it out with the Monster and see what happens. Havent noticed any other sign of anything, however. If there is something I would expect to definately get some back pumps since on SD they hit me harder than most people report.

Haha yea dinner went pretty well actually. It was ****in hilarious cause they had their neighbors over who just happened to be a lesbian couple that loved to get smashed over dinner haha. Absolutely hysterical man these ladies loved me and I definately got my arms and shoulders rubbed several times haha.

My knees are garbage so I dont squat and hate to admit it but ive never deadlifted before. Wouldnt be opposed to tryin it though.

give the deadlift a try, its a great compound exercise.

i love squats and deads.

Today was supposed to be shoulders but they were really achy so Ill bump em to tomorrow. Felt like I was looking big today. Good pump going and small strength increase. Ive always felt that my strength increases with hittin muscle groups with increased frequency instead of rest so hitting chest today instead of tomorrow could be the answer.

Had a rough time yesterday trying to get in the extra cals but i pushed through and was finally feeling ok before bed, even after my casein shake. Damn its expensive to eat this much haha

start low and get form down right. you can literally break you back n fck yourself so use a belt and go light stay on lower rep range cuz form will slack on high rep sets.

Strength up a touch here and there. the Seated tricept pressdown was disappointing. I thought I would be able to get a new PR but after the second set I didnt even bother going for it cause I knew it wasnt gonna happen. other joints have been achy lately including knees and elbows. hopin to do a weight check in two days with a little increase

Where ya been dude? I dropped some weight after comin off SD last I checked I was up 13lbs since the start I think. No noticeable gains from MDXT in any category

Strong lifts today. No visible difference in size or muscle fullness but some numbers are up. Today will be the first day of MDXT at 50mgs so we will see if anything changes. Still find it hard to say one way or another if the small strength increase can be attributed to the oral or not.

Saw people wasted falling everywhere haha. these two chicks knocked over an entire table with a bunch of drinks on it and got covered and immediately thrown out of the bar. Super Bowl Sunday is going to be insane!

Had a nice pump goin today and felt big. Really tryin to push with time winding down here. Id like to get my flat DB Bench to 125s, Leg Press to sets 900, Seated DB Curls to 65s. Id be happy with these numbers but Im a little dissatisfied with my overall size right now. MDXT hasnt put on any mass so my original goal of hittin 200 lbs is outta reach....

Unfortunately I already have insomnia naturally but sometimes I can tell the difference between what its normally like and when the tren induces it. Id say 2-3 times a week when I try to sleep i start getting hot and feel some itchy pins and needles(kinda like if you take a lot of BA after being off it then try to go jogging)

Im pretty laid back and non confrontation normally. I can say that I was honestly surprised at myself for the way I reacted last weekend. We were at a bar whatching the AFC Championship game (I obviously wasnt even drinkin w my orals) and there was a table behind us with 5 fat 50 something women and one of their husbands. Apparently I was blocking one of the ladies view, which I couldnt tell, and she began to scream at me instead of just asking if I could move. I turned around and just stared at her for a second before her husband felt the need to chime in. I went from zero to pissed in a heartbeat. My face got red and I could feel a huge rush as I chewed this guy out for a minute. Very unlike me and even after it was over I sat there for a while like "wow I normally wouldve just moved and made fun of them behind their backs...."

That being said, It may make things irritate you more but it is still up to you the way you handle things. I hate when people try to blame substances for their actions/lifestyle(alcoholics/drug addicts). If you are aware of this potential side effect there is no reason to find yourself beating someone senseless and blaming it on roid rage :buttkick:
 
Are you running oral tren or injectable tren? I've been considering running a test + tren cycle in the future... Just gotta land a job I want to actually keep first.
 
im using tren ace- injectable short ester fast acting trenbolone- **** methyl tren thats asking for liver and organ damage after what ive put the body through.


okay well, how bad was the insomnia?

I have anxiety and sometimes it takes me a couple hours to fall asleep- although this is rare.

It sounds like the agression is the biggest thing, insomnia doesnt sound that bad
 
Insomnia is insomnia to me man. the reason tren keeps me awake though is the sensation of being hot and uncomfortable.

I did arms yesterday so I was a little shaky on how today was going to go so I decided to mix things up. I havent benched with the bar in many months and it felt like absolute hell on my delts. My left rear delt especially hurt pretty bad the entire workout after the 275. Glad I was able to put that up after not having tried in forever but it was more difficult than I thought it would be. The bottom of my tris near my elbows dont feel so great either right now. Well Im being forced into a rest day tomorrow since I have to wake up early to help this girl move which Im convined will take forever and then I told my friend Id help him out at his families restaurant in the evening.
 
Day 74 Moving Day....

Just finished up moving this chick and her friends ****. Definately experiencing back pumps. nowhere near as bad as SD but definately uncomfortable. Whatever, I got a quickie in before I left ;) Im glad I have an hour before I gotta help my boy out. power nap!

Anyhow today is the last day on MDXT. gonna hit back and bis later. My buddy that i was helping last night joined a new gym and he said its loaded with hotties so I might go lift with him today.... you know just to have a spotter :biggthumpup:

I guess Sunday must not be gym bunny day at this place. Gym was nice though with all brand new stuff. Having never been there before didnt stop 2 randoms from asking me what I was taking though. I replied alot of calories to both haha. Still not a fan of lifting with a partner. it destroys my focus and I dont really push myself. With 15 days left Id like to limit myself to 2 or 3 rest days. I know Im taking Super Bowl Sunday off to see the Steelers get their 7th ring though!

Took yesterday off, I was feeling completely unmotivated. Today I went in feeling good. My buddy met me and as usual my having a partner breaks my focus and makes me lift before Im truly ready for my next set, I hate it. Anyhow 11 more days to go and Ill post up final pics, an overview of my SD experience, an overview of my MDXT experience, and a overview of the cycle as a whole. Also, thinking of adding a cortisol blocker to my PCT. Anybody have a particular one that they feel shines above others?
 
I'm using lean xtreme by DS. I've never had much luck with DS products... I'd try suppress C.

HAhaha Yea its been fun so far but Im closin in on the finish here. Ive been playin with my dosage a little the past two weeks to kinda help myself out in the bedroom. So test dose moved to 800 and Trens at like 520. anyhow 9 days left i believe.
