I was wondering more on Macros/Micros, more on the specific side. I only ask because I find people's different results on Tren very interesting as it pertains to body composition changes, and whether that is affected by surplus/deficeit

(not just mass, but actual changes to physique)

Well vit. B6 is a well known thing to control proges. related sides which is what i was referring to as tren can be the culprit for that. For me it works just as good as letro for proges. Estrogen is a diff story. But yea whatever works works!
 
careful with the B6 doses.. I got headaches at a paltry 200mg/d, and found out later it can cause nerve damage.. albeit temporary.. something about the basal ganglia?? not sure.. I prefer other routes to take to control sides with Tren/Nand.

Thats what im using right now. 200mgs a day and so far so good.
 
Update: Well boys, so far so good. The Ambien is taking GREAT care of the insomnia. Jesus that thing knocks me on my ass & I seriously get the best sleep ever. Today's my last day pinning Tren (I extended it 1 week from original cycle I believe). We'll see if the insomnia fades with this. I think it runs in my family though as my mom doesn't sleep much if at all either, so I'm guessing this is a family related health issue. I never really slept much either, but while on Tren my average sleep got really, really low. Anyways, everything is still great & strength is still way up. Here are some updated pics I took last night:

As of this morning I was at 185.1lbs give or take. I was wearing bball shorts so I'm probably in the 184 range. Sorry for the ****ty quality pics, but I took them with my cell. Ex wanted to see me since she hasn't in a while & heard ;o).

I'm going to be on Prop solo for another 3-4 weeks. He suggested it because I went in for a general checkup & he just said I should have it checked out, didn't go into detail why though (possibly cause of prehypertensive issues or maybe the insomnia?). I just don't want my HDL & LDL to be at horrible levels & then he wiggs out or anything.
 
Actually, he recommended one to my roomate as well. We both have cholesterol issues in our families so I'm sure that is why.

Where is everyone? Could use some more opinions. Arm day at the gym :twisted:

Minus the insomnia, yes. It has been great. Tren is my new favorite steroid :twisted:. The strength gains & lean(ness) is ridiculous. I'm not recommending this at all, but Tren will definitely let you get away with over-cheating. Geez, this stuff is nuts!

School & work are picking up the pace so I haven't had time to really update. That & I got a new pup which has kept me pretty busy. Anyways update:

Weights at 180.4lbs as of this afternoon on an empty stomach in my boxers. I'm still looking large, so I don't know where all the weight went? Ah well, I can't complain.

I'm only pinning Test Prop now & I'm doing 80mgs e/d for the next 2-3 weeks. Strength is still up. I am also starting to taper down the T3 doses. I am going to be more careful of my diet now that I'm not on Tren anymore & my T3 doses will be lowering. Hm, is that all?

I'm going to get my body fat rechecked this week hopefully, I'm guessing Wednesday?

Besides that, everything is ship-shape. Any questions/comments?

Yeeaaa, I look kind of soft, specially with the shaved head American History X style :twisted:. I'm sure with food/water in me I'm at around 186 lbs, but on an empty stomach in the morning in my boxers, 180. I'm actually going to weigh myself now. 181.8 in shorts & I just had a bowl of cereal. The girls are friends from FSU. That pic was from when I was visiting 1 weekend & we had a huge inflatable slip-n-slide going in the backyard with a keg, which of course I didn't drink from. Not too many people really ask as much anymore. For some reason they asked more when I did my first SD cycle. More people ask me if I'm a skinhead. Want to laugh? Hello, i just started my first cycle of test prop and i am 3 days into the cycle. How long before i should notice effects. My dose is 75mg eod. I way 167 lbs.
 
How tall are you?

EDIT: Now that I reread your post, you said you're taking 75mg eod? That's not enough Test bro. That's an every day dosage. 130-150mg is a proper eod dosage. You want around 500mg/week. You're only getting 300mg/week shooting 75mg 4x per week.

P.S. New weighted dip record today. 115lbs x 3 (5 sec neg), so plus my body weight, about 295lbs. :twisted:

The guy & his g/f that I was working in with (they were doing abs) were in total & complete shock. As were most people when they saw me walking around with a weight belt with 2 45lb plates & a 25lb plate hanging, then dipping it on my last set lol.

Ah, the gym.

I've been wanting to get 3 45lb plates for a while, but I think I might just settle for this at my weight lol. It's funny because when I was doing triangle pulldowns, I was doing full rack on the cable machine (140lbs) with both 3 1/3lb additional weights on, & a 25lb plate hanging from the pin. Did that 6 times with 5 sec negs. It was interesting to see to say the least lol.

Well today's my off day. I weighed myself this morning, 178.6lbs. I don't know where all this weight keeps going? Some good news though, my waist is down from 35in to 33in. Maybe that's it? I'm assuming my love handles have subsided. This is definitely the best cutter cycle to run in my opinion.

I think tomorrow I'll get my body fat tested & report the results.
 
Update: Weight's at around 180lbs. I started noticing some bloat, probably from the Prop. How can I best deal with this? I miss Tren :(. Strength & size, everything is still up. I'm considering coming off 1 week from today. I'm going to start tapering the T3 down as well.

Now question, should I immediately begin PCT being that it is a short ester or wait a few days to give the ester time to clear out?

Never done Prop... but from what I have read wait a few days for it to clear. Now post some pics! Maybe wait a few till the bloat goes down. Thanks for the post.

As promised, I got my BF% checked today...drumroll please?

10.7% (I got it done by a different person simply to see how close it would be if two different people did it. I know you're supposed to have the same person do it each time, but I figured, if these people know how to do it, & I am in the 10% range, then they should both be pretty close to each other.) The guy was in shock because I brought in my BF paper from 3 or 4 weeks ago where I was marked as being about 13-14%.

Also, today I grew balls & decided to go for 3 45lb plates (135lbs) on weighted dips. I got 2 good reps in, making this my new max. It was funny when I was strapping on the weight because people were looking at me like, "Yea sure kid, those 3 plates probably weigh more than your body. I'm sure you're going to even be able to get yourself up & hold yourself with that weight!" To much of their surprise, I repped it twice, then immediately took off 1 plate & did 5 more reps, *****es :twisted:.

Also, as of this morning, I weigh 180.0lbs.
 
I hit shoulder/back/traps yesterday. It was an insane workout. My strength is still way up there to the point where people still can't believe that someone my size is doing that kind of weight. I've also gotten a lot of compliments on size & definition. Today I'm going to hit legs.

Anyways, I'm coming off cycle on Friday (SAD FACE WITH LIP POUTING!). I'm going to taper down T3 this week & keep the Test steady. I will start PCT on Monday (2 days after coming off). This is going to be depressing lol.

Anyways, final cycle pics coming up at the end of this week & I'll keep the log open through PCT.
 
wait 3 days after Prop and then start PCT. IGF is a good addition. Tren gives recovery issues so it's good that you allowed at least a few weeks to pass with just Prop. However you may still have some difficulties, but this can be rectified with an aggressive PCT protocol.

Again I must stress that Toremefine has been superior for this in my personal experience.
 
Bump on the torem..I used this on my first aas cycle 8 weeks test E and Dianabol. Do a search for igflr3 look for any of grunts posts.
The igflr3 well def help with keeping your gains and you can keep your cals up for awhile till things get back to normal.

How does this look for PCT Ubi? What changes would you make? Throw in the IGF or not, what natty test booster would you use, etc?

wk2: Clomid 100mg/d, RXT 25mg/d, DHEA 200mg/d, Fenugreek 2 caps/day
wk3: Nolva 40mg/d, RXT 50mg/d, DHEA 200mg/d, Fenugreek 3 caps/day
wk4: Nolva 20mg/d, RXT 50mg/d, DHEA 100mg/d, Fenugreek 3 caps/day
wk5: Nolva 10mg/d, RXT 50mg/d, DHEA 100mg/d, Fenugreek 4 caps/day
wk6: RXT 50mg/d, DHEA 100mg/d, Fenugreek 4 caps/day

I'm going to discontinue use of Letro once I come off the Test Prop. Gyno has not been an issue on this cycle whatsoever.
 
I'd throw USP's Powerfull in there. I would use IGF-1 as well, as you can (and must) keep your cals up and stay lean doing so. Don't look at the scale at this point.. and be aware that you will be a ball of emotions with Clomid for those 2 weeks. I used to run Nolva/Clomid together until I found Toremefine.

I think it looks ok, I'd taper the Letro now before post cycle therapy.

School is stressful from what I remember, lol... so don't let that get you down along with the inevitable strength drop, and post cycle blues.
 
looks like alot of DHEA and RXT for my liking...Thought DHEA was only supposed to be used the first two weeks or something? I have never used it but have read things that i dont really find appealing to me about it. 6 weeks of RXT sounds like a lot too you might have libido problems even after PCT but everyone is different.
I think you should run nolva along with the clomid for the first two weeks as well.
 
libido will be an issue due to the use of Tren.

I agree with piston that the RXT will probably add to that.

I use DHEA for 3 weeks, and 7-OH for the entirety.

Also any advice as far as dosing protocol for the IGF? I believe I did 40mcg bilaterally eod for my first cycle (don't quote me on that, I haven't slept in 3 days & I'm not thinking clearly).

As of right now, libido is normal (probably because of the Test). I don't usually take hard hits to libido (then again I've only done orals). I'm going to end the cycle on Wednesday.

Am I forgetting anything? Oh yea, I got a new sleeping pill for my insomnia since the Ambien stopped working. It's called Trazodone for those of you wondering. This sucker knocks you out.
 
are adrenals related to thyroid function? Im not to sure on that but I know jmh80 is going to try the use of VitaminB5 for boosting adrenals back to normal....never thought i would tell you this but "run a search" i have read some threads before on different supplements for recovering thyroid. (why do i always have a problem spelling roid?) o before i ? lol or the other way around hahahah
 
Guggul, Sellenium, Zinc, Kelp, Tyrosine.. Ashwanghanda... There are "thyroid support" supps by companies like NOW that are pretty good.
