IF my eyes haven't been deceiving me and I'm able to read numbers correctly I'm at 13.67%. :bigok: After that carb weekend some ass kicking fat destroying mechanism seemed to kick-in muhaha.

it isn't that unusual for me when i have been at low carbs to lose fat when i eat a lot of them again. it only works for short time though-dammit.:grumpy:

hahaha. sorry didn't get a chance to post up reviews last night will try tonight but might be to tired. Didn't sleep last night will explain in review. Had insomnia and before I realized it the sun was already rising. Thought I was only awake for an hour. Gonna try crashing in a few minutes maybe this will reset my internal clock anyway and might be for the better.
 
Damn that sucks bro. Hope Adipo wasn't the cause. I wouldnt think so bc I have taken it late at night and still been able to crash. Still though...let us know how it's going.
 
Insomnia sucks. I'm in the same boat. I'm sure that sleep is my primary downfall in working out, social, and professional life.
 

Day 12 – 11/29/09

Weight – 186. Looks like it evened out not as bad of a water weight gain as I’d thought I would get.

BF % – 14.02% Going down?

Mood – How do you think? It’s been fantastic since I got to eat bread and tortillas and beans and all sorts of amazing things haha. Realistically though, no ups or downs pretty stable mood all day, wouldn’t say it was anything “euphoric” though

Energy/Focus – Strong, steady energy all day long. No insane bursts or hills of energy just a steady stream of it, this is the kind I like!

Sleep Quality – Was great, so much easier to fall asleep when you’re eating carbs due to the laziness factor they give you.

Side Effects – Food suppression wasn’t so bad today I think because I ate smaller portions of food rather than several very large meals. For example my breakfasts I only ate 1 egg, 2 sausage links, and an English muffin rather than my typical amount which is about double or even triple that. Sleep was very nice as well had a VERRRRYYY strange dream. One of the most realistic dreams I’ve ever had and it seemed like it lasted days. And to think, I haven’t even got my sleep assist supplements yet....

Caloric Breakdown – Sorry I’ve been lazy this weekend on inputting my caloric intake into fitday. Will start inputting foods again come Monday.

Workout/ Cardio Summary – If you count a nice relaxing half hour in the spa as cardio then count me as done! LoL Still an off day used thanksgiving and the weekend as an excuse to take a break from my workout routine. Tomorrow is going to be a fun day at the gym....

Thoughts - Food suppression wasn’t as noticeable today might be due to what I mentioned above with smaller portion sizes. I hope I had just one random wacked out dream cuz that **** was scary. I don’t know if it’s just in my head but I really feel like my body has been getting tighter all around even with all the carbs...it’s a nice feeling hehe. Was surprised today as well that my bf% was down even with weight up? I am going to have to read through some of my bodybuilding books to see if that’s normal.


Unlike a certain someone that likes to give us a run for our money... I actually do work with this one every few weekends :D

Day 13 – 11/30/09

Weight - 185

BF % – 13.96% Oh yeah baby.

Mood – Very good today. Felt in an overall good mood today. Initial hour I was in a state of absolute euphoria, could have been the supplement but might also have been the bodyfat reading :D

Energy/Focus – Strong burst of energy in the morning, which after what was roughly 45 minutes maybe longer died down to a normal steady energy. Forgot to take second dose at usual time and dosed at 5 but after workout tonight didn’t really notice any leftover energy.

Sleep Quality – Was ok, no wacked out dreams lol.

Side Effects – Appetite was demolished today. Thankfully olive oil and peanut butter saved the day in a few different meals.

Caloric Breakdown – 2100 cal. 135g fat, 180g protein, 27g carbs. 58/35/6

Workout/ Cardio Summary – My typical push routine today. Had excellent energy through workout until very end when I lost all endurance...was a tough night tonight though.
Bench Press 4 x 3-8 reps
Military Press 3 x 5-8 reps
Cable Crossover (ugh) 3 x 5-10 reps
Squats 2 x 6-8 reps
Leg Press 3 x 12 reps
Decline Crunch 3 sets of 14
Crunch with legs on ball 2 sets of 20.
Thoughts- Overall good day. Thanks to the tough workout the energy was gone by the time bed time rolled around. Had a little issue falling asleep listened to some Darkest Hour and it put me to sleep though. I’m kind of a freak when it comes to music that puts me to sleep hahaha. I’m still under the impression that the only adverse side effect I’m getting is a little bit of insomnia. I’m going to try experimenting the next few days with dosage amounts and timing.

BF % – 13.96% A couple time when I measured today the result came out at 13.67% but I don’t think it could’ve dropped that much so I’m going with the higher number.

Mood – Even, mellow mood all day. Nothing to euphoric to say the least lol.

Energy/Focus – Was very good throughout the day, I forgot to try a different dosing style. Wanted to try dosing 1 pill every 2 hours, suppose it will have to wait till tomorrow though.

Thoughts- Was very tired by the time workout was supposed to roll around. Need the pre-wo supps to get here in the mail lol. My bf% is going down it seems along with me feeling like my body is tighter. It might be water loss? All I know is I’m gettin a huge mood boost because of it lol.

Holy hell sorry guys I thought I had posted up an explanation before I took off a week ago. I had a job in Lake Havasu for some MX races. I had to go for awhile to get trained on the scoring. No worries been keepin track of everything in my log will post everything up right now.
 

Day 15 – 12/2/09

Weight - 182

BF % – 13.67%

Mood – Mood seemed normal today. Haven’t really experienced much like the 1st few days so I think it may have been placebo effect in beginning?

Energy/Focus – As usual pretty good.

Sleep Quality - Had a decent night’s sleep last night now that I’ve started using music to put me to sleep. Out cold till morning and had trouble getting outta bed.

Side Effects – Food suppression wasn’t really noticed today I think I was just VERY hungry for who knows what reason.

Caloric Breakdown – 2400 cal. 160g fat, 32g carbs, 200g protein.

Workout/ Cardio Summary – Rest day.

Thoughts- My body must have kicked on some switch to eat today because I was craving food all day long. May have been lacking nutrients or something because usually the appetite suppression is ridiculous haha.

Day 16 - 12/3/09

Weight - 182

BF % – 13.67%

Mood – Once again normal mood today, picked up later on in the day though after 2nd dose. I have to keep a closer eye on this but I have a theory that the 1st dose of adipo spends a lot of the supplements effects waking me up and getting me going in the beginning of the day. Whereas the 2nd dose starts bringing about some of the secondary effects such as mood and what not. Just a theory ;)

Energy/Focus – Pretty good after being up about an hour. Wasn’t really feeling today though when I first woke up. Killer focus kicked in around 4 or 5 though an hour or two before workout.

Sleep Quality – Decent, managed to sleep fast at least and that’s my main concern.

Side Effects – Hunger suppression is back again lol. It’s really tough with this to get any food down at all except for big meals like breakfast lunch and dinner. I’ve started utilizing 2 shakes late at night to get enough calories in.

Caloric Breakdown – 1950 cal. 130g fat. 60g carbs. 150g protein.

Workout/ Cardio Summary
Bent Over Row – 4 x 6-10 reps
Lat Pulldown 4 x 8 reps
DB Shrug 4 x 8 reps

Thoughts- Focus definitely kicked in just in time for workout today which was VERY nice. Broke a new PR on deadlift and started doing scissor kicks rather then crunchs.

Day 17 – 12/4/09

Weight - 181

BF % – 13.38% Abdominal fat dropped 1mm :D

Mood – Pretty good after measuring BF this morning I’ll tell you what :P Haha was actually pretty decent all day. Managed to pop open a couple beers tonight at a friend’s :D

Energy/Focus – Very smooth all day, my body is really tuning in with the supp and delivering energy right around my workouts when I need it.

Sleep Quality – Slept like a baby, conked out quick, woke up early with good energy.

Side Effects – Food suppression was there all day, after workout had my shake and then a tiny meal a little while later then it was off to drink a bit.

Caloric Breakdown – 2400 cal. 155g fat. 60g carbs. 190g protein.

Weight - 182

BF % – 13.38% Man that’s a fun number to see hehe.

Mood – Pretty good, always is when I’m eating my favorite foods. Red Robin ....oh yes. One thing I have noticed, I haven’t really had a bad day while on this. We’ll see by the time it ends but that could be the supp :)

Energy/Focus – Good, had a food coma after an amazingly large breakfast that makes Denny’s grand slam look like a piece of toast but besides that no energy crashes during the day.

Sleep Quality – Pretty good, very happy to have it back in the norm. I tried taking the bulk 1-carboxy but I don’t know how to dose it. I think I need to get some caps from nutra.

Side Effects – Food suppression was at about 7/10 of its usual strength today. Managed to eat quite a bit more then I expected.

Caloric Breakdown – 3200 cal. 140g fat. 300g carbs. 180g protein.

Workout/ Cardio Summary – NONE!!!

Thoughts- Pretty good, expected it to be a hard day to eat carbs today but didn’t have much trouble. I must miss carbs a lot :P

Energy/Focus – Decent energy after about noon today. Nothing to ecstatic or out of the ordinary though.

Side Effects – Suppression was kickin my ass today. Couldn’t even finish half my breakfast only had eggs, sausage and pancakes. Had a bit of a bloat after breakfast as well for about 3 hours.

Caloric Breakdown – 3000 cal. 120g fat. 290g carbs. 175g protein.

Workout/ Cardio Summary - None

Thoughts- Good relaxing day today. Not much to note today though. Appetite suppression was rearing its head again :P

Side Effects – It’s easy to deal with the hunger suppression in the days immediately after carb up weekends :D But yeah, its there as usual kickin my stomachs ass.

Workout/ Cardio Summary – Didn’t work out today pushing it till tomorrow. Swam for a bit but that was it.

Thoughts- A mediocre day if anything mood was alright but didn't notice any extra side effects besides the appetite supression.

Mood – Ok today. Kinda had a rough night of sleep but that’s because music died on me last night lol.

Energy/Focus – Real ****ty in the morning till about 30 minutes after dosage grogginess went away and was replaced by a nice sharp focus on everything.

Sleep Quality – Ok night of sleep, lost my music though as noted above...

Side Effects – Still haven’t had anything bad like irritability or anything noticeable. Just the usual appetite suppression lol. Maybe a 3rd arm will sprout out my back after a week more :P Then I can complain about this supplement hahaha.
