Unfortunately proteins are a category which is extremely saturated.
Multimillion dollar companies can buy metric tons of the stuff for super cheap and this makes it prohibitive for a smaller company.

We are doing a PWO but I doubt it will be stim free.
THe market for stim free vs heavy hitting is like 1/100 or more.

Seems like its in and out pretty quickly.

ON the bottle is says twice a day but most guys are liking 2 pre workout.
 
Not surprising that Brundel isn't gonna waste his time on protein powders lol.

I view BLR as a more serious supplement company than to waste time on silly protein powders.



Brundel, how come I haven't gotten a shipping notification from strong supplements store on my FD? I ordered it like June 19th.

It shipped to them yesterday. Be patient, its coming.

Ah ok I was just wondering cause I thought I should've gotten a confirmation already. Yeah I'm patient. I just didn't want it to be somewhere lost.

Boy, it's sure gonna be a great great day once Brundel expands his production on FD and all of his other products.

Will be nice to not wait all the time. Which IS of course understandable since his products are much more popular than expected.

I fear getting used to FD and making gains on 8 weeks then wanting more but having to wait.

Are you logging and/or doing the challenge? You've been very adamant about wanting this for awhile now. Hopefully your expectations are met.

I didnt expect to sell 500-1000 in a few days.
Glad its happening though.
For now we are in stock.
The first retsiler on our where to buy page got 100 today. Should be in stock soon.
More will ship tomorrow.

Also i larger batch is coming behind it.
 
I was thinking it might have Epi too.

I think using FD along with a PWO is probably better.


Be forwarned....If you see it for super cheap.
If it looks too good to be true.
It is.

Lots of stuff is cheap in bulk though....you can make your own pre workout for extremely cheap.
Online bulk powder stores have stuff for very inexpensive.

You can get Betain for 8$ for 500g __cheaper than caffeine!!! Lots of companies sell this stuff for 15-20$ for 100g :(
Caffeine is 14$ for 500g approx.
Creatine-500g 9$
Beta alanine - 19$ for 500g
ETC
just google bulk powders.

For years I have just made my own pwo.

Get a 10$ scale from amazon. reusable
Choose your ingredients
buy in bulk for cheap.
MIx with a mortar and pestle =5-10$ reusable

Add in 5-10mg sucralose per serving or if you dont mind the sugar mix with powdered gatorade.
Some sites sell flavoring systems as well.
Viola.
 
There is a nutraplanet YouTube video on Follidrone that mentions how much milligrams are in 1 capsule. Are they correct on this?

What does it say? As in how many mgs?
 
Has anyone else noticed dried joints while on Folli? I'm four weeks down and joints are starting to get a little achy. Going to add some glucosamine msm.

I didn't really feel dry joints, but all the volume I was doing was wearing me down.
 
Well it seems the sweet spot is anywhere from 200 to 400mg. Is when it's absolutely anabolic and has its effects.

But at 2 caps of FD That would be 400mgs.

Not bad!

I was just mentioning this cause I know Brundel hasn't disclosed that. And for someone to claim that out in the open like that is strange.

I know you could send products out for quantity and quality testing. Maybe that's how they got their claims?...shrugs.
 
Ive never told them so perhaps they are assuming.
Its also incorrect. Could me more.
 
I've been going on YouTube here and there checking to see when there's finally video reviews on FD and found that nutraplanet video.

It's a video of an employee at NP talking JUST about FD.

I'm on week 5 and yes a few of my joints are feeling a little dry. I started to notice at about week 3.
 
I've noticed zero feeling of dry joints, if anything my joints feel better than before being on, I can understand though why one may feel that way as so many are lifting quite a bit more
 
I've got a bottle I'll sell if somebody is willing. :)

This has been covered I'm sure but can't remember the answer but FD can be taken on off days?

And, is there a loading of it and that's WHY
It should be taken everyday?

Yes, most everyone is taking it on their off days. There isn't really a loading of it as most people see endurance benefits almost right away. As weeks pass, the continual increased endurance and progressive loading is adding strength, so the benefits increase over time.

I like to take it on my off days, which have become fewer since starting FD, because it keeps an all day fullness and vascularity. Even walking out of the store with a couple of grocery bags has my forearms looking like roadmaps and full. It's a cool feeling, so I don't stop.

Btw, got my 2 bottles in the mail today. Excited!

I'm finishing up my current PWO now. So i just MAY only run FD for any type of supplements beside multivitamins.

Will definitely be able to gauge to effects just running FD alone. If you don't count the MV's.
 
I got to the party on the pre order, if seeing a knock off is a party I wouldn't be late, I wouldn't attend. I just came accross it on nutra and thought it was funny
