I'm on the strong supplements pre order list. Waiting for their June 30th shipment so I can get mine in a week after that or so.
Me too. Anxious to give this stuff a shot...

Yesterday i took my first FD dose. ( i will have to stop for 3days as i am going into a crazy weekend out of city , planned long time ago ).
This yesterday i speak of i did BACK + TRICEPS. first thing i noticed was about 2 extra sets of pullups to failure, could be just placebo so i can`t say anything for sure.

BUT I MUST NOTE THIS:

AS OF TODAY WHEN I WOKE UP I HAVE SEVERE DOMS IN MY FREAKING FOREARMS AND BRACHIALIS LIKE I GOT WHEN I WAS 15 AND DID MY FIRST PREACHER CURLS ! -- and could not wash my armpits as the movement was too hard.

there is no logical reason behind this except FD , as to the workout was pretty normal , not too heavy, i was well fed and well rested and so on.
i see this as a good sign to be honest.

Or it could have been from the extra work you did yesterday... Just saying.

Which could go hand in hand. Most everyone is posting about the DOMS and it likely is a result of pushing through past barriers and increasing workload.

I did my first day of folli yesterday.

I had an insane amount of endurance and ability to constantly keep pushing myself to breaking point. Had to force myself to leave the gym.

I've never had chest doms in my life this bad.

Bearing in mind I just got back from travelling and was feeling very lathargic at work during the day, I pretty much attribute this entirely to FD with a little help from agmatine.

If doms are going to be like this all over my body, I fear for leg day

Which makes me wonder if it's just people duping themselves mentally into doing more work and thus starting gains again or if it's actually a quantifiable physiological effect. I'm going to give (-)epi a shot regardless but these are just things I've wondered.

Absolutely, that is a healthy way to approach it. I told Brundel at the very beginning that I was going to be critical because I am not a supplement guy when it comes to performance/gym after so many years of just feeling like I threw money away. I forced myself to not think anything was happening and made certain to keep diet and rest as close to normal as possible.

Outside of the endurance and PRs I broke through, there was no denying the fact that person after person commented on my size and asking what I changed- which many others have reported. It was noticeable in the mirror and the fullness/vascularity was constant. There is a definite comp improvement.

Thus why I shall still be giving the stuff a shot once I finish my current log and give laxo a run first ;)

Give it your all, haha. Take advantage of Follidrone while you have it. I've been off of it for a month and it sucks.

kisaj , i had to do a very short workout due to the gym closing earlier.
i only did PULLUPS + T bar rows , then 2 working sets for triceps DC style. that was it. so workload was not really increased.

i have done all kinds of insane back workouts and other stuff, and i swear i have not had this DOMS on my forearms and brachialis since my teenage days when i did curls for the first time.

the most insane back workout i did was the one rich piana has on youtube, when you do regular back workout heavy weights heavy reps and on breaks between each set do pullups to failure - even then no doms on forearms and brachialis, i couldn`t feel my body though lol :)

it has also risks everyone should be aware of.i was pushing deads so heavy on fd some days ago that i could barely move yesterday and today in the morning.its not good to go beyond ones limits too often

TOuey was alluding to this. If you look he proposes 3 weeks on with a 1 week deload.
Generally you dont need to do this so frequently but perhaps the added volume and increase in exercise capacity require it or at least it should be considered if your feeling run down.

I somewhat disagree with this. I mentioned in my log that people would need to be careful from an injury standpoint regarding joint health, but very few people are going to push their muscles/CNS to the point of not being healthy. The body is much more resilient than some like to give credit for and I come from the camp that believes it is a good thing to push to that barrier and adapt.

Touey was bringing up a pretty common protocol for overreaching with riding at that level for approx 3 weeks and then backing down. If you are truly at that point then it may be a good pattern to follow. For as long as I have been training, I don't think I have gone through a period of over reaching for more than 2-3 weeks at any given point and wouldn't do that back to back even with a week off.

At least you can say that FD CAN increase workload like that period. To even be able to say that is GREAT! I'd say it's up to the user to determine when they should die it down. For something that is powerful enough to be able to do that for someone I'd say use it in caution.

The protocol is not "overreaching" for 3 weeks, it's a dosing protocol.

What type of steady effects could a person have or start to see IF they didn't workout?

Cause some people report fat loss and cortisol responses.

With (-)-Epi on its own WITHOUT working out.

how do you think this would stack with Ostarine? Also, is there any indication that FD may increase insulin sensitivity? Is there really any need to cycle it; any research indicating any down regulation from continual use?

Thanks,

Crowbar

I dont know anyone who does this so I have no real idea. I do know HDL will likely rise. May be abnormal fat loss. Might actually be significant weight gain as many guys are increasing volume ALOT. Again...speculation though.

I've been consistently monitoring hdl for years. I'm planning on a full panel after my 8-12 week follidrone run. I'll post any significant variance.

Brundel, ive recently had a infraspinatus strain in my left shoulder. I had planned to start follidrone in a couple of days, but my question is should i hold off until i can train hard or just take follidrone and work legs? Im asking because in the writeup of folli, it mentions it can heal damaged muscles, and the infraspinatus is a muscle! So it might help heal it correctly?

I cant directly recommend it for healing a damaged muscle. Just because this is a supplement and not intended to treat an illness or disease or anything.
It may help though.
I do know one reason to wait though....seems like pretty much everyone sees a huge boost in endurance. Id expect you want to take advantage of this.
You cant really if you cant use your upper body. Unless your a runner.

The fact that it's $27 makes me question the quality since the ingredient is so expensive...
\/T

It's supposed to be a discount for today AND their capsules are dosed lower, so it evens out. Sounds like I may have to give this stuff a shot if Follidrone doesn't turn up somewhere soon
