Thanks for the compliment, I do try to hit it hard when I am at the gym, I actually have to learn how to back off a touch but it just feels wrong not to go all out.

Regarding potency PA can correct me if I am wrong, but extracting for a higher percentage would be cost prohibitive. I still say just take with sufficient fat, I eat a very high fat diet, I never do cardio, and I am pretty lean. Fat's are your friend(not in overdoses) sugar is the enemy

there are more concentrated extracts of UA available but the price per equivalent of UA is more expensive. I see no advantage to a higher concentration extract and i see a big disadvantage in cost
 
I was wondering if it stays stable in an oil solution and if so if adding it to sesamine oil might enhance bioavailibility and fat burning az well?

It should stay stable, I think sesamine oil would work. I currently use half and half, or olive oilbut I do not mix, there was a log post somewhere where a user was dissolvin his in evo and having good results

u can try pre-dispersing it in oil but it should be easier and just as helpful to take with a meal containing fat/oil. your stomach will disperse it in the oil

120 capsules? Really? At the high end of dosing, that's about a weeks worth.
Please consider 360 capsule bottles at the minimum. Even that is only a 20 day run.

They have answered this a lot. The first batch was an error on bottle sizes for the capsulation quantity.

what is it about having two bottles instead of one that you find so inconvenient? if we do one bigger bottle its gonna cost you the same you know

It's true. Double the amt, double the price ... It's probably just a mental thing, bigger bottle, lasts longer.. feels like a better vLue. Idk

I think a lot of people feel that way. Walmart takes advantage of that fact. Notice some times the price per oz cost on some of the bigger bottles vs the smaller bottles a lot of times the larger bottles will be more per oz. That's why I always look at as a cost per serving basis. Perhaps that's why the smaller bottles never threw me as I just looked at it as cost per serving

Inconvenient?....Probably not all that much. Psychological effect from pitching a bottle every 6 days...aye perhaps.

Buying in bulk seems to reduce the price somewhat, so it's not always a 1 to 1 ratio in the larger sizes. Incidentally, maybe the caps could be made larger. Would that save a little by having the automated equipment cap say... half as many (despite being physically larger)?

small bottles have advantages. u gonna travel then its better to put a small bottle in yer luggage than a huge one.

from 15 years or so in this industry i have learned one thing. someone will always bitch about something. if the bottle too small they bitch. too big they bitch. and sometimes they get personal and call u a ***** like that mission dude. lol. bunch of crazies

we have kicked around all ideas. bigger caps weirdly would not result in a dose increase that is worth it. our goal is to deliver this in the most affordable way while maintaining a reasonable level of convenience

For dosing convenience I think smaller caps are actually better, you can customize the dose more easily. Say 200 milligrams may be my optimal dose, 250 may be yours, if you dose in higher amounts per cap that kind of control is not possible

For dosing convenience I think smaller caps are actually better, you can customize the dose more easily. Say 200 milligrams may be my optimal dose, 250 may be yours, if you dose in higher amounts per cap that kind of control is not possible

i actually find dosing several smaller caps easier than fewer big caps,

sometimes,. big caps can get stuck in da gullet. smaller ones i can race down into the tummy usually

Ever consider picking up some cissus?? I had bad glute/hip flexor issues from squatting too heavy for football last winter and I layed off the heavy leg work and took cissus for a month n have been good as new ever since (I also don't squat heavy anymore tho bc im done with fball )

Cissus is really good for bones if your recovering from a fracture, but no benefit for joint health outside of anti-inflammatory properties.

Cissus has some mild analgesic properties and usually misleads the user who is consuming for a joint injury to believe there is actually healing taking place.

I see, how about tendinitis? My injury was in my piriformis , a glute muscle that ties into the hip flexor and quad.. It seemed to help, maybe just the overall reduction in activity was the fix lol.. I read cissus also has cortisol reducing properties?

ax1 is right, I used when I broke my right foot and the doc was amazed at how quickly it healed. I've used it seince for joint relief and got none. Jointforce is the only thing that gets to my elbow pain

This-->> I had my hip resurfaced 3+ years ago and a week after leaving the hospital I started popping the Cissus. Went to see the Dr. for a followup 6 weeks later and he said my recovery was 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule. I think the cissus had a lot to do with it.

Did a doctor confirm with you that you have tendonitis?

Its ok if you want mild pain relief, taking Cissus is like taking aspirin...although the mechanisms may not be the same. It wont help cure it. The anti-inflammatory effects are helpful as well, but you should be using a high dose of fish oil for that.

I wouldnt take cissus year round either, Id be worried about having a build up of deposits on my bones.

Im not positive if cissus does anything for cortisol, and if so if it does anything significantly. If I were you Id look into finding scientific studies and dont go buy what supplement companies marketing goes by. Some companies may find a crappy study that shows it work a small amount on alligators and will market it as a this does that supplement.

If you want something that may work well for joint health and has clinical backing, look into Celadrin. I use the NOW brand dosing 1,500mg a day, you get a 40 day supply and you get a addition of MSM with it.

If you have symptoms that persist and havent seen a doctor yet, look into doing so and getting physical therapy. You really dont know for sure whats wrong without some tests. If you dont have insurance then I understand too, life can suck and be expensive.

I just found out my grandparents are taking my fam on s cruise the week of Xmas to new years day... I was just ramping up my bulk only to learn this! Had to retool my supps and training to ensure I would look somewhat beach worthy .. Ugh.. Can't even enjoy new years eve dinner or desserts now! The fat kid in me is really pissed! I look forward to Xmas as the excuse to indulge. Now I have to control myself ! I will also be training that week, no ifs ands or buts.. I will not Even drink on the cruise bc I do not drink n train on the same day (except for new years eve) but will not train that Saturday.. Really not excited for this "vacation"

Cut the calories a few days before and after the indulge and you will not gain fat.

You really have to consumer 3,500 calories more than you burn in a day to gain a pound of fat.

Yea, I do.. So thn it's like a massive refeed.. I still always told by extended family "how healthy I eat" as I'm scrarfing down my 3rd plate lol.. I eat A LOT of god stuff, stay away from the junk for the most part.. But I I'll probably fast on wed, just some protein and Aminos... Train Thursday morning then amaze my family with the old "where does he put all that food" trick !

I wasn't offering that as a suggestion for his hip, I was just stating that Jointforce is the only thing that helps my elbow. Tried Cissus and it was no help. Sorry if my post was unclear

When worrying that much about how you look for a situation will be effecting your vacation you are worrying to much. Maybe I am wrong are you getting ready for a competition? If not you are putting way to much emphasis on your physique and need to relax a little and enjoy life.

Dude c'mon man no disrespect but relax. If you are that worried about it EAT on Christmas Eve then put 2 cups of epson salt in a hot bath, as hot as you can stand it as a matter of fact get in the water as it is filling up and let it get hotter and hotter while you are in it so you can acclimate to it. Once it is full submerge yourself in it even the top of your head just your face out. Stay in for 10-15 minutes draining a little then adding more hot if it cools down then get out and pat yourself dry then rub green rubbing alcohol over your body, don't drink anything else and go to bed you will wake up 5 lbs lighter and have absolutely NO WATER under your skin. Don't believe me do a carb up before hand and try it tell me if you are dry and ripped the next day. The salt changes the density of the water so that it actually pulls the water out of your skin, the heat opens the pores and also causes massive sweating. However the process if not over done does not pull water from the muscle or organss like an extended stay in a sauna would.

I admittedly do have body dysmporphia. I was anorexic at 18- 5 years ago- i got down to 94 lbs N landed in icu...

Now I want to be big AND ripped all at once.. I try to periodize but Im always afraid to get "too big".. I am definitely tightly spun n obsessive to the point where quality of life is suffering :/ I wish I could just let it go for a week, but it's not that easy.. I can't eat and drink alcohol in the sane day, I'll get fat, awful metab... Also it makes me physically ill to mix food n alcohol

Im the same way and obsessive about it, but thats what some people have to do to get to the top.

All you have to do is not think negatively about it and find tricks of the trade when it comes across to trips. Just be positive and understand that your doing this for a reason which is to improve the quality of your life which comes with some sacrifices.

Ive actually turned down free trips to paradise just because Id be stuck for a week without a gym and I have no regrets. The only regret I would have is making my progress backwards.

I just feel at 23 I SHOULD be partying/drinking, etc.. I've become so boring just so I could look n feel a certain way :/ idk.. It makes me happier to have that self control.. It is what it is.. As I said, I will train as normal on the cruise and just take it one day at a time.. We shall see!
 
Well Ihave been running Ursobolic for six weeks at 9 tabs/day. After the first two weeks I hadn’t noticed a darn thing. After another couple of weeks, I thought that I noticed some improvements in the mirror even though my base weight and measurements were still the same. Now,after six weeks I think I can unequivocally say that I don't think it's done a darn thing as far as strength or recomp is concerned. I still have two bottles left. I'm going to increase the dosage to 12 tabs/day and see if it makes any difference. Anything above 12 tabs/days I feel is restrictive as far as the cost of the product is concerned.
