My name is Mike Johnson, Im 27, 5 11 235, and I am all natural. I will be doing the Sherman Classic in October. Give me some comments on my pics below.

Excellent man, excellent.

Curious if you could toss up some measurements for us? I'm @ 250 now and trying to get a sense of where I might be at if I were to cut sometime in the future.

If Layne is there (str8flexed), then Im there!..He's a good guy with a wealth of knowledge and very humble.

Incredible. That would be great work for a AAS user, but for a natty that's out of this world good.

I'm so jealous of your arms. Arms have always been my weakest point, I had to fight very hard to get mine over 19"! Your delts look awsome too.

Again, terrific work. I know a lot of people that juice that are no where near your size. Best wishes @ your contest.

What are you expecting to weigh in at?

Good work.

With mass like that you should be shooting for your pro card. You've got more mass than pretty much any natty pros I can think of off the top of my head. Any plans of doing so?

if i could just give some hopefully constructive criticism

you could stand to make your quads and forearms a bit bigger (specifically the forearms) and try to supinate your wrists (turn them back more) in your back DB .. it will make your bis pop more

honestly though that's just simply incredible for natty .. fantastic genetics and obviously a phenomenal work ethic and dedication congrats my friend

Just realized that these measurements were way out of proportion to his pics.

I've seen 21" arms on a pro bodybuilder and they're enormous. His might be a ripped 18" at 5'11.
 
Unless he has a huge upper body and chicken legs like Johnny Bravo.

although he said 17 inch calves which actually are good IMHO.
 
Aaron from Down Under here, man you have some symetry happening there. Your waist is quite small. You want to share any secrets about what supplementation you take etc. I would appreciate it. As far as your show goes just turn up you have already won.

I have had near 18" arms at one time. He is easily very well over 18".
 
18", and 18" lean are two different things for sure. I've been 18 1/3" at 5'10" about 14-15% BF (not the avatar pic, they may have been 17" there), and I had a buddy with arms that were about 17 3/4" and they looked considerably larger than mine did (he's about my height).

If he's over 18" he's definitely no higher than 19". Jay Cutlers arms are 22". No way in hell are this guys 21".
 
I don't know kwyk. I have had near 18" arms chunky and not so chunky. His are a whole lot larger than mine. A lot. I mean look at the size of them next to his head. Those are easily 2 inches or more bigger than mine or your ever were. Easily. JMO
 
One thing you guys have to keep inmind is that some natural guys are using things like site enhancement oils, i'm no accusing him of using them just saying. And i'm sure cutlers arms are lke 23" now and no doubt synthol has been used in those babies as well as everyone making the top 10 in the olympia.
 
I just watched his BB.com video w/ cutler and he talked about his arm size. Even the pros exaggerate, he's just honest. Just watched another video of some new pro bragging about his 23" arms and someone busted out a tape measure and they were 21.5". I forgot the kids name, but you can find it on youtube.

And, each additional inch is a huge increase in arm volume. Exponentially huge.

Circumference = 2*PI*Radius
Volume = (4/3)*PI*(Radius)^3

So, the volume/circumference ratio is (2/3)*(Radius)^2

And, since Radius=Circumference/(2*PI)

The ratio can be seen as:

(2/3)*[Circumference/(2*PI)]^2, i other words, the bigger the circumference becomes the volume must grow by a power of 2 MORE ( volume is a power of 3) just to catch up, that's huge size and exactly why an inch seems like such a huge difference, because it is!

i find it funny on two levels...One that someone must lie about their arm size, as if 21.5 is small...and two, that we think 21.5 is small :)
 
I have to agree with Kwyck! While they are big and impressive, they are not 21"!! None the less, the guy does have a good physique. Adn...why must people over exagerate their measurements! If your arms look fing HUGE and ripped, and they are 18 1/2", then say that! Pepople will probobly be more shocked impressed with the illusion of them being mcuh bigger. But anyways, just my .02

u look amazing.. i am also 5'11... and im sick of these 5'9 guys who weight 180 who loook like horses( no did respect).i cant wait to be 230 at 511 also...

So its been a year and a half. Where is the "270 lbs Shredded! Next Stop 295 And Still All Natural" update?

I don't buy it for a second unless he has...nope, not even then.
