Are there any coupon codes going on now? I'm about to order and was checking around and just found this expired one. If one is coming up I will wait and probably buy some more, so I can avoid the extra shipping fee.

Say, you all ever thought of implementing some sort of loyalty program?
Buy a certain number of supps--or spend a number of $$--in a time frame, and get some benefit/discount/freebie/whatever?
From the # of supp sites I've stumbled across, the business you guys are in is just way brutal. Found one site that had decent prices (most were above the ol' NP), but on the product listing pages, you could enter the URL of a competitor, type in the amount the competitor was selling for, and they'd give you the competitor's price - 5%. Instantly. Slickest damn thing I ever saw.
A loyalty program is a pretty nice benefit for your loyal customers. Of course you'd have to be careful to ensure it doesn't affect your bottom line too much

You know what I think would rock the supp eStores world? A program where you actually have credits to get, say, a weeks worth of a single product to sample.
There are so many darn products I'd like to try, but probably never will due to the cost involved to try them. If my purchases at NP added up to, say, a free week's sample every month or two, hell I'd be spending more than every! And maybe a 5% off of purchase of the sampled item if it's bought within a week or so.
It'd be an amazing service to your customers and a great gimmick to sell a TON of stuff.

I've spent thousands i could use some extra savings, but to nutraplanets credit. They've always hooked me up with the best customer service and extra's with my big orders from samples to t-shirts.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a capitalist at heart. Companies are suppose to make money! The more the better
My wife's a marketing consultant, and it's always interesting hearing about that side of life (I'm a software engineer). There truly is both an art and a science to improving revenue by spending money of marketing, customer loyalty programs, large sales events, etc.
And the NP has had some of the best customer service, order fulfillment time, and shipping time, that I have EVER run across, bar none. So even if I find something a few bucks cheaper elsewhere, I'll still make the purchase at the NP.
Of course, you need to have things in stock when I'm going to purchase (cough*Invalid Link Removed*cough)

on a serious note carrying AI whey protien blend would be nice. As I am not as fond of the company as I was I would rather get it from you and there just is not a good replacement for the chocolate peanutbutter protien.
