I would love to go to the Arnold. I was talking with my photographer about the possibility of me getting into competing. I am starting to get tempted by the idea.

Yes, the location couldn't get much worse unless it was in England. The Olympia is in Vegas. I've been to the O and to Vegas three times. I actually don't enjoy vegas, the O was awesome though.

I think you'd do well. You already know how to train and diet and are in better shape for you last photo shoot then many competitors. I think you should do it too, at least once to experience it.
 
One of the fitness modelling federations here reminds me of a stripper's event. It is about stage presence and a theme rather than just judging the conditioning. I am a bit shy for that.

I have recovered pretty quickly from that 100 mile ride through the desert. At one point the wind was so fierce I had to pedal HARD to go DOWNHILL! Also got pushed onto the side of the road because of crosswinds, it was quite challenging in the initial 10 miles. Fortunately we got some tailwinds on the later downhill so I was flying at 40 mph.

Sounds fun. I've never really been into road biking though. Mountain biking in the other hand. I'm down for that. Possibly looking at getting a rig later this year

Hi RB's and groupies! I had me a lovely Valentine's Day yesterday and am getting ready to go to the gym.
 
My wife got up early and cooked me breakfast. Then she went back to bed. I said that I could get used to that & she said "Not happening!" Guess she doesn't like getting up at 4:50 a.m. with me.

lol, that's pretty cool though! My wife made me dinner. She wanted it to be perfect and took a couple hours to do it but it came out great and didn't ruin my diet so that was nice too.
