When I first read this, I didn't have my glasses on or contacts in and I thought it said "10 lb"! 10lbs of food from Red Lobster would have made for an unforgettable trip to the toilet!!

I am dying to train legs again but my hamstring isn't fully recovered yet. It is driving me insane.

I know how you guys feel! When I bulged a disc just above my pelvis it really sucked! At first I thought I had really messed up my back! Had to crawl for a bit before I could stand up. Scared me! Seems like it took forever to get back to a semblance of normal.
 
I feel for anybody with back issues. I had a herniated disc and couldn't hardly put on socks or tie my shoes for a couple of years. I still end up in pain for a few days if I try to go too heavy on legs, but at least I can do legs again.
 
I havent hit the gym since last Sunday!!!! I've been sick and trying to get as much rest as possible. I want to get in there tomorrow, we'll see.
 
I had knee surgery when I was 18 I was scared to do squats for years...
 
Ben keeps posting up food porn on FB so I posted some of my own and he hasn't commented on it yet. Perhaps he is snuggled up in his duvet?
