I believe that , you have muscle mass and fine knowledge of what you are doing nutrition and exercise wise Brucey.

I was once in single digits :( but all my lose skin from express-cutting and lack of musclemass made me look non-aesthetic at all T_T!!!

Exact problem I'm having, I have so much loose skin, especially in the belly area. Just need to get this house bought, lose another 40lbs then it's tummy tuck time. I can get it done per my insurance but I want to lose the other 30-40 now as when it's done I'll be out of commission for awhile while it heals.

Sounds like you have it all planned out, check out Abliderate Advanced, I literally feel tighter when applying it, and it does help a bit...yet the belly, specially around the navel, never seems to subside. I might consider cosmetic surgery for that area if I give up on my dream of reaching a 405+ deadlift, 350 squat and 285 BP...

Well I'm not going to be having to give up on any dream, just kills the ability to lift for a month or so. I thought lose it now, then take a month off doing only light cardio then hit it pretty big when I get back to it.

Think about it like this.. When I lose 40 more pounds I'll be hovering just over 200lbs. In college I was in 230's in great shape... At my heaviest I was literally at the 400lb mark.. That will be half my body weight gone.. There isn't a topical product out that is going to shrink skin that much! The arms actually aren't bad since they've been filling out from lifting.. Belly has been that one pain in the azz area that gets worse the most weight I drop.

Oh I meant that I would give up being a real power lifter, you know disregarding aesthetics and all...should have worded that better haha. I used to train for aesthetics, atm I just want raw power, strength...lets just say I have a goal I need it for.

Hm...funny Tony said something similar to me haha, odd how I somehow portray that image. No, it has a far deeper meaning, and it has to do with proving myself something, getting over certain situations that happened in my life...and a way of atoning for something I did.

She doesn't throw at him.. She throws his supplements at the wall. My guess is he watched his parents throw stuff at the wall when they were mad.. Thus it has sinked into his id and ego that he needs that trama to feel comfortable on some sic psychological level.. I'm not T3 though, so what do I know!

That seems like a valid Freudian approach to look at things, basing the root of the problem in the Parental Figures. Might it be the Mother who did that and thus he looks for a female with those traits?

Perhaps a deep-rooted Oedipus complex?

I wasn't exactly blown away nor impressed with my results but some people report it doing wonders. AA that is.

I notice nice improvements, but the one that sold me on it even more and thus I am running again ATM (week 1 barely this friday) is the case of this guy who literally shrunk his hanging abdominal adipose quite a lot. Check it out honestly, it was mind blowing...
