Consulting a lawyer to hear him say "that's not a good idea" is like consulting a calculator to prove to someone that 1+1=2 even though you already assume they knew the answer in the first place.
Bruce. I'm a badass. I do badass things all the time. Girls love me because I'm unpredictable. Being in my presence is dangerous. Especially when I'm drinking. But my friends and I already know this. And that's why we hang out! I don't want to ever be boring like you. <3

It is like when Schwe****gton talks about how gangster he is lol.
I can't even say his name, it disgusts me.
Getting hooked on meth=gangster
I think the difference is meth addicts have no teeth, gangsters have no real teeth because they have been replaced with gold ones.

No no no. Those are gangstas; not gangsters.
What is the difference other than poor education and ebonics?
Which is Aaron, which is Flex?
bdcc said:I am definitely gangster. Me and you would be gangster sitting in our suits whilst Justin drinks mini bottles of Budweiser stolen from his parent's fridge waving a gun around lol.
It was drunken senior on prom night

I will actively make an effort daily to perfect myself physically and to polish my mental skills too so one day I can actually make a change in my life.
But now that you mention it...is this question, perhaps...because you fart in the squat rack and would like me to pursue and challenge you? Just wondering.

D2footballjrc said:No, just because I hate you I actually asked our lawyer here at work. (Long story, short story version.. SOC Audits suck balls.) If you are drunk and are personally waving around a firearm at a party and etc... in a home/abode and a Cop breaks in/comes into the premise you will also add a felony of intoxicated with a firearms to your list of things.. Now if you hide the gun they can't prove that. It's going to come down to what the cops see. Granted if you are in that situation he told me no matter how you look at it, you are F***** and prepare to spend some time in a new home. Regardless it comes down to what can be proven. Just because you are in your home it does not allow you to get drunk and wave a gun around. So chances are you just cost my company like $40.
Missouri Law which is based off federal suggestions (emailed from company lawyer.) = It is a misdemeanor to possess an unloaded firearm when intoxicated; it is a felony to possess a loaded firearm while intoxicated. It is unlawful for a person convicted of or confined for a dangerous felony or an attempt to commit a dangerous felony to possess a concealable firearm for five years after such conviction or confinement. It is unlawful for a fugitive from justice, a habitually intoxicated or drugged person, or a person currently adjudged mentally incompetent to possess a concealable firearm.
Does not matter where you are, just if it can be proven I've been told.
Granted now he most likely thinks I get drunk and wave my gun around like a boss... so thanks for that.

Nope, tb or as it used to be called "consumption.". Al Capone however did die from Syphilis. How suave is that?
Who did the write up for massularia? I want to know if it is someone I trust within AI or not lol.
I don't know who penned that write up.
Holy crap, Justin corrected my grammar.
This puts me as one of the lowest forms of life on this forum.
I am past my prime, senility must be creeping in!
They are asking us to see it from their perspective because it is their favourite product. It could have been some nerdy IT guy who has never used anything else.
If you wrote it, I am sold!![]()
I did not. I should have my bottle this week and I'll start it up and give you honest opinion. I'd never force anything on your Ben that I haven't tried. It was one of the reasons I was a horrible rep. I couldn't ever recommend something I never tried.
You wouldn't force anything on my Ben?
That makes a good rep. I trust someone if they openly say on the forum they dislike one of their products. It gives the rest of their recommendations more credibility.

Talk about a train wreck/roadkill post. I want to look away but feel compelled to watch this over and over again and some how feel like I am less human for doing so.

Doc Holliday died from Syphilis.
One is rich and hires the other to do their work.
Is it stupid? Yes. Here in Ohio, that is referred to as Weapons under disability. Just to argue, Justin does not live in Missouri Bruce, so unless your corporate lawyer has passed the bar in Michigan, his input is invalid.

Still watching.........
Except you're now adding in factors that I originally did not include, such as a group of people partying, thus not really a private home setting anymore. Furthermore, statements such as a felon or mental person not being able to have a gun is totally different and provided for under dirrefent subsections of the criminal code for those cases. Thus they aren't even a factor in our argument. Plus, different jurisdictions also have different laws and even similar laws may have discrepancies in how something is charged and contributing factors. In addition, if a cop gets called to your home, it means somebody already did something to screw up and merit thier presence, thus again negating the parameters of our argument. The plus side is that I don't have to ask a lawyer to guess what a cop would do in that situation because I've been a cop for 7 years, up until just last year, and am still state certified. So big daddy roast is back on!Oh and I wish I could have been there for this talk, it sounds like you might be investigated soon.
