I was in a long meeting and knew I would get hungry so I put a steak on my thigh. I didn't feel any different afterwards.

Lol. You doofus! Red meat has too high of a molecular weight to pass the skin barrier.
You would have to go to needles. I suggest Kai Green's beef protein.
The only other way to get red meat to take is through reverse osmosis. You would rub the steak against your skin vigorously until it passed through the membrane.

Did you just recommend I inject protein by taking a protein powder?

I am not sure that is legit.

I am happy to try masturbation with meat though as that is basically what you are implying. I figure thinly sliced ham would make a nice glove.
