Ever notice how you guys are incoherent a good majority of the time , I'd lay off the Black Liver!

I went more or less from traveling to having the holidays off and spending the last 10 days drinking so thats why i've been gone

depends on the mood. there are days when I am, but usually I am talking with other people. If its in a dance club, i'm usually on the floor.

Uh Oh guys.. Black Liver made it over to that other bodybuilding site... I don't know who..but if you look in the supplement section under a title "Need a PCT to take soon" I just saw a huge ad for it... That OP will never want again!

christmas time is among my least favorite time of the year, just due to traffic.

Actually, you're both wrong. I was born with a beard. The doctor had no umbilical cord to cut; just a huge beard. That is how I absorbed nutrients. That is also further evidence that men with beards are more powerful than those without.

I heard Ben's new year's resolution was to grow a pencil thin mustache--I'm sorry; moustache.

p.s. Where'd Bruce go? I think we hurt his feelings. Perhaps Bruce was the name of his first lover who passed away after 3 back-to-back-to-back Black Liver Runs with no time off.
