bro really i only take 2 or somtimes 3. get the cheaper 1 but buy more of them,
i take 2 then chew the 3rd up in the middle of my workout, yes it taste like crap, the first time i took 5 i felt like death waaay over stimd and this was after i had been adding a cap everyday to work up to 5 caps, imo this is THE! prework out product.

they should be both the same version. and as AG said two or three is enough. i'm a stim junkie and only take 3.......5 would have me sweating bullets and twitching.

I am not a stim junkie but I need to take 4 caps of the new version of Ready4 war
as opposed to the first cap version that came out that had 60 caps that one 3 was
perfect but that version was more concentrated less ingredients stronger doses of the
ingredients the 100 cap version has more ingredients. I actually used it today and had
a great 2 1/2 hr quad/ham/ab workout with no crash later in the day thats why Ready4
war is the best preworkout caps on the market.

i got mine from dps because i live close to the warehouse, i only took 1 cap and still felt like total garbage all day, workouts were ok, then i'd leave and just didn't feel right the rest of the day, stopped using it and i got back to normal, 2 caps and i never felt more crappy, so watch yourself taking this stuff

How old are you like 12? 5'5" 138 pounds....1 cap was probably 3/4's too much for you....

I seem to buy from DPS most of the time. I just ran out of my R4W yesterday! DPS can ba somewhat slow though, always a day later than what you pay for. BUT they have the best prices from what I've seen. Stick with 2 caps b4 WO's. If you got a havey duty WO or need some amping up, take two 45 mins. pre-wo and the one more right b4 your WO. R4W is one hell of a pre-wo supp. I like that one and Jacked.

trip thats funny as hell, but anyway yeah at 138lbs, your better off using NCP. Ready4War is as hardcore as it get when it comes to an all out pre-workout stim product minus the flair.
