Nah, you don't. Not for now....looks like hocus pocus for the time being. Always remember this:
In theory, theory and reality are the same. In reality, they're not.

view my thread ,it answers those questions....I have already asked it be stickied, but nothing....http://anabolicminds.com/forum/general-chat/70118-myostatin-peptide-could.htmlAlright im a bit over my head here but id like to throw some questions/statements out there for kwyk, speed, or PA. i think it would be a good idea to have all of these questions answered in one thread. If we can answer all of these we can probably make a new thread likely to be stickied. the first of the BB boards?
1. myo-029- what is this drugs dosage, action, and clinical backround (track record/mentionable studies/etc)
2. acvr2b- what is this drugs dosage, action, and clinical backround?
3. Polyclonal and monocloonal antibodies, what is their dosage, action, and clinical background?
4. What is the role of activin in myostatin function?
5. Has anyone run any of these compounds? injection? oral? what dosage? what was your experience?
this thread has made it apparent that these drugs are becoming more available and diverse. i think its about time more people started learning more about them.
Polyclonal antibodies are just antibodies which were derived from many different cells but with the same action. Monoclonal came from one cell.3. Polyclonal and monocloonal antibodies, what is their dosage, action, and clinical background?
A peptide is a small chain of amino acids. 2 to 49 peptide bonded amino acids is referred to as a "peptide". A "protein" is 50 or more amino acids peptide bonded.I'm not a Biochem guy,but I'm pretty positive a Antibody and a Peptide are nowhere near being the same thing, not even close...I'm sure Patrick could 'bump on this topic...
According to the website they're still selling "delivery positions."Bump. Did you ever hear anything, Black?

Quadrupling Muscle Mass in Mice by Targeting TGF-ss Signaling Pathways.
Lee SJ.
Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, Maryland, United States of America.
Myostatin is a transforming growth factor-ss family member that normally acts to limit skeletal muscle growth. Mice genetically engineered to lack myostatin activity have about twice the amount of muscle mass throughout the body, and similar effects are seen in cattle, sheep, dogs, and a human with naturally occurring loss-of-function mutations in the myostatin gene. Hence, there is considerable interest in developing agents capable of inhibiting myostatin activity for both agricultural and human therapeutic applications. We previously showed that the myostatin binding protein, follistatin, can induce dramatic increases in muscle mass when overexpressed as a transgene in mice. In order to determine whether this effect of follistatin results solely from inhibition of myostatin activity, I analyzed the effect of this transgene in myostatin-null mice. Mstn(-/-) mice carrying a follistatin transgene had about four times the muscle mass of wild type mice, demonstrating the existence of other regulators of muscle mass with similar activity to myostatin. The greatest effect on muscle mass was observed in offspring of mothers homozygous for the Mstn mutation, raising the possibility that either myostatin itself or a downstream regulator may normally be transferred from the maternal to fetal circulations. These findings demonstrate that the capacity for increasing muscle growth by manipulating TGF-ss signaling pathways is much more extensive than previously appreciated and suggest that muscle mass may be controlled at least in part by a systemic mode of action of myostatin.

Note: lube not included in delivery.Still just selling "delivery positions." If you buy this stuff I believe the position is bent over with your pants down. Three guesses as to what the delivery is going to be.
what? you mean we're supposed to get fcuked by this product without any lube.Note: lube not included in delivery.
The lube is sold seperately. It's derrived from porn star droppings and is anabolic all by itself. The two products together have a 'synergy'.what? you mean we're supposed to get fcuked by this product without any lube.
what a rip!
antibodies are large proteins. peptide is a term given to proteins that are smaller then what you would see in the structure of an antibodyI'm not a Biochem guy,but I'm pretty positive a Antibody and a Peptide are nowhere near being the same thing, not even close...I'm sure Patrick could 'bump on this topic...
Yeah. In general (and literally) >= 50 amino acids is a protein, <50 amino acids is a peptide.Or, some people will refer to any two or more amino acids peptide bonded together as a peptide.antibodies are large proteins. peptide is a term given to proteins that are smaller then what you would see in the structure of an antibody
I think??
If Dr. Colker is behind this then I expect nothing short of amazement form this. He is an honest guy is won't put out scam or piece of crap stuff. Anybody read his latest edition of Extreme Muscle Enhancement? great stuffThe main protein in Folstaxan is follistatin. Follistatin binds to activin and neutralizes it and thus an elevation in follistatin equals a reduction in myostatin. Its quite simple. Dr. Carlon Colker is behind the development of Folstaxan.
The egg yolks that the follistatin is rendered from are from fertilized eggs which have a high degree of follistatin.
The science behind follistatin's ability to reduce myostatin was published by Se-Jin Lee's group at john Hopkins University - the same group that discovered myostatin.
I tried it for an eight month run. I can't wash my own hair or wipe my own ass anymore. On the flip side, it seems to have worked.bumping this against my better judgement to see if anything interesting happened.
I received mine three weeks ago. I am quite please thus far. After the first two weeks I gained almost 7 pounds and had changed nothing else but the addition of Folstaxan.Still waiting for my order - saw a postsomewhere else that someone has "received" theirs - but don't know 'em to verify.
Have emailed to see what's up.
I'm very hopeful about this product still - just want to get my hands on it...
Had you made any other changes that were tracked, such as to diet or training?I received mine three weeks ago. I am quite please thus far. After the first two weeks I gained almost 7 pounds and had changed nothing else but the addition of Folstaxan.
I just added CJC-1295 + GHRP2 along with the Folstaxan to increase growth factors. I have not weight myslef in the past week and Thursday of this week will be the second full week on all three. I can see that I am much thicker all over. I will weigh myself again this coming Thursday and see what it holds for me. There is little doubt in my mind that the Folstaxan enhanced my ability to add some new muscle prior to the introduction of the peptides.
Unfortunately I am not a good "tester". I have not kept meticulous data. With that being said I starting my bulking about 1.5 months prior to Folstaxan and added about 500 cals a day and changed my training to heavy low rep work. In the period PRIOR to adding Folstaxan I gained two poundsHad you made any other changes that were tracked, such as to diet or training?
there are several companies that produce follistatin for "research" purposes. Its generally VERY expensive - over $800 a milligram. How much is the cots on the website you've found?First of all I would say that this is a great forum. The research here is amazing. Sometimes it is a lil bit difficult to read, cause my mother language is german and not english.
But there is no other information resource like AM in the whole internet. GREAT!!
On the internet I´ve found a pharma company (fitzgerald-fii) that sells follistatin. I m not sure if this is for human purpose, cause in the pdf there is written "not for human use, only for research purpose", but in the title there is written "Follistatin, Human".
If Dr. Colker is behind this then I expect nothing short of amazement form this. He is an honest guy is won't put out scam or piece of crap stuff. Anybody read his latest edition of Extreme Muscle Enhancement? great stuff
i think it got pulled for something dealing with patents if i remember right...I know this is old but I wanted to know if anyone has any new info. Also to the guy who gained 12 lbs, how many mcgs were you using and how often? Thanks a ton. A source would be great too :b
