What I have advised my friends for years and have seen many have success is forst to start taking Vitamin D3. Forget the RDAs of 4oo IUs. Forget the mild recommendations of 2000 IUs. Forget the use of 5000 IUs for cancer prevention and consider taking at least 10,000 IUs daily to address the existing cancer. MS patients are now running a test program with 30,00 IUs so that seems to be the tested, tolerable limit so far. My wife who has a severe precancerous condition that kille one of he twin brothers, Van Recklinghausens disease, takes 5000 ED as I do with my prostate concerns. Try NOW Foods, Vitamin D3 at 5000 IUs per, 120 softgels at BB.com for $7.99.
Second, try Super Curcumin C3 Complex with Bioperine, 60 cap;ets $14.05 from Puritan's Pride. Curcuminh is normally recommended at 400 to 500 mg for 2X ED. Those fighting cancer try 1000 mg 2X ED. Taken with VIoperin it works much better.
Selenium is a nother staple as a cnacer fighter. People should really only take 200 mcg ED. That is really enough. Available everywhere and cheap.
I have two personal favorites and they are Omega 3s which I take at a minimum of 2 gms ED. Now I do mean the Omega 3 portion and not just the Fish Oil. In order to reach this number I have to take at least 5 to 6 gms of Fish Oil depending on my supplier. Barlean's makes a great pharmaceutical grade, orange flavored Omega 3 available in liquidf of gel cap form. The best prices I have found for it are from Vitacost.com.
My other staple is Green Tea. I believe in taking at least 3 gms ED as a preventative but in this case you might want to have her take 5+ gms ED. The best around is get the powder here on Nutra Planet and cap it yourself especially if you want to take so much.
Lastly there are two liquids I rely on. The one is 100% pure Pomegranite juice. I use an inexpensive 64 oz bottle from Old Orchard that I get at the nearby Pulix store for $6.99. Pomegranite is a superbv anti-oxident and also works well when people are going through Chemo to improve the success rate. I take it as a preventative and also because with all the pill I take, it works great to ease them down LOL.
Lastly I believe strongly in resveratol. Google it, it is the hottest thing in the market now. Of course the Dutchess and I augment our usage by drinking a bottle of Merlot or Cabernet every night just to be healthy LOL.
