I do not mean to be disrespectful, but I got to speak my mind. This is the most Ridiculous post I have ever seen. No one is worthy of you so you would rather be celibate. Fine. But I don't think your being honest with yoursef.
I think you have this ideal of your perfect man. Your reference to their personality traits in your post is a facade. I think that was just you convincing your self that "Im emotionally deep".
Your shallow. But at least you can admit it. Just because you want a perfect man, at a perfect height, with a perfect personality, doesn't make you a bad person. Just know that this person, does not exist. He is in your mind. As soon a as women try to peg me as her ideal man, I say something oposite. "Your awesome you have great abs", I respond now I'm gonna eat a bag of doritos. Luv, this man you seek doesn't exist. It's our quirks that make us indivduals. It's our flaws that matter. That twinkle in her eye, or the way she snorts when she laughs. Her eyes that sometimes say more than she would want to say. Just my 2cents. Peace.

Obviously you know very little about me, and since I'm putting a bunch of very personal thoughts on display you have every right to judge if that is what you wish to do. I think anyone who knows me would disagree with you... but maybe they are wrong and you in fact have nailed the issue on the head and I am truely a shallow person and dishonest with myself. Thank you internet stranger for telling me so :)

I'm not hating on anyone in here and would prefer not to be hated on. Haters can choose not to take part in this ridiculousness.
 
I truely did not mean to offend you. Not tryin to be a hater. I'm sorry for how it made you feel, not for what I said. I believe that if you truely examine yourself you will find my words to be true. It has been my experience that a lot of people in my life just tell me what I want to hear. Sometimes an outsider's viewpoint helps. Just tryin to get ya thinkin.

Last month I went on a trip and called up my ex who lived in that area (we hadn't seen each other in a year). We went out that night and she was flirting aggressively. She got a bit buzzed and we went back to my room and did the deed. Afterwards she left and I didn't even have to hold her or do the "talk after sex" thing like when we were a couple. God it was awful! :nana: :)
 
At least we got away from the softcore porn that was attempting to take place. A little fun is okay but instant messengers is best for cybor sex lol

As to everyone else... This is a fun thread with a person just venting and enjoying herself. We have a thousand of these made by men. Just because it's a woman making this one doesn't give anyone the right to break any rules.

on another note, i have found that people do this alot..... create a dream partner. When you find someone that fits alot of criteria you go on and wonder if they did this it would be better or if only this was nicer or whatever. Truth is that person doesnt exsist and your relationship is what you both make it. Sometimes we have to be satisfied with what we got. No one is perfect and i honestly find beauty in imperfections, i notice the little things about a person. THeir subtlties is what makes them stand out. I think this was mentioned earlier but thought i would reitterate(sp) that. Im not saying that you should fix this or that you are shallow or whatever im just making a statement from my experience. Every relationship is simply a learning process, a step towards something better, a step closer to finding a partner we can grow old with. So take chances sometimes ;)

noted. When asked to list "qualifications" I just listed my ideal man, really the only "qualification" is male and I go from there. I see where all the shallow and unrealistic expectations comments are coming from. It's not like I would only date guys that fit that discription, that would just be the ideal. So I see why everyone thinks I'm a shallow beehotch. But truely that isn't one of my many faults.


I had the best cardio this morning! And of course, still no sex.

Thanks! But it obviously isn't. I think anyone knows the importance of sleep in prep mode ya? Well last night the ex called me and asked me to come stay the night. So I went (of course!), stayed up til 1 (I get up at 5 for cardio) and NOTHING. He went to bed eating his friggin ben and jerry's. Here I am STARVING in TWO ways and he's gonna put both of them right in front of me, keep me up waiting and then pass out.

FAIL. (him or me, I don't know)

This is day 7 btw.

LMAO, I went out with a girl at the beach one time and we went to dinner at Flamingo's. She stayed gone forever. When she came back I asked her what had took so long.
