Dude if you only knew ... kid made me out to be a monster ... I’m baffled. Said I kicked his clothes off the porch when he came to get his stuff ... uh the police was with him ...I ain’t out kicking clothes in officers faces and stuff ... I mean make me bada$$ .. I guess. Some pansy a$$ I tell ya !!!
 
Keep at it. I was that way for a month or so, then I just lost the motivation. Still working on it, but it's dam tough for me.

It’s tough for me too... really it is. Everyday I wanna crawl in a hole but ... I’ve decided to get really hot and find a girlfriend ... lmao

Good morning! Pushed myself through the gym today ... weighed in 211pds

Workout consist of straight up cardio 2:1 run walk.

Have you tried intermittent fasting? Currently helping me with losing weight and less suffering.

I train at night, from 8pm to 9pm. No food -or calories during daytime. At 10pm I start eating until 1am. Reasoning is, you train fasted and you cant eat over your allowed cals in that short window (3 hours). I even have some questionable carbs after the workout, like some ice cream -or yogurt but try to keep it clean. During day just black coffee and water.

Its awesome, especially if you are a nightly "fridge raider". Important is the "feeding window". Keep it to max 3 hours, shorter is better -but I never had the discipline to keep it at 2 hours.
 
Don't expect rapid weight loss -its a steady and slow process. On weekends I eat normally but watch calories.

I'm doing it for the last 5-6 months, its a way of life -not something like a quick fix. The day I want to gain muscle mass, I may have to eat 3-4 times a day. Will keep intermittent fasting as long as I can't see my abs.
