Finished up with 10 min of fast pace walking carrying 25pds x2

Today I focused on my biceps
My groin hasn’t healed completely but 10x better than a few days ago.

Please be gentle if I don’t get the technical names down... and I’m certainly open to new exercises

Standing bicep curls: DB
10pds x12 15pds x12 20pdsx10
Hammer curls DB 10pdsx12 15pdsx10
Standing curl with 20pd bar x12
Sitting bicep curl: DB
10pdsx12 15pdsx12 20pdsx5

Pushups 5x3
Cable Curl 40pds 5x3

Threw some punches with 5pds increasing to 10pds until exhaustion

My favorite!!!

Brings up a general question .. anyone else enjoy the punching bag ?? I purchased awhile back some light gloves with gel covering the knuckles (too lazy with poor service to google the appropriate name) .. loved them as I put them on ... soon hated them due to busted knuckles right off the bat.. I know people wrap their knuckles etc... am I missing something or just keep wearing the pillow punchers that had the previous person’s sweaty wetness all up in there ...

And just smile... or??

There have been some Bigfoot sightings in Missouri, everyone would just assume you were a short Bigfoot. You two would have all the testicles to yourselves.......well, until the wildlife and parks guys showed up with tranquilizer guns. Then you'd be screwed and not in the fun way.

Hey Stacey,

Since you enjoy the punching bag so much, I recommend getting your own pillow punchers. There’s no good reason to share sweat with strangers.
