Girl don't worry about diet too much. Seriously enjoy yourself a BIT. I've lost 30 pounds in 3 months (still got a bit to go) by just portion control. Sure the healthier your diet is the better and I'm not advocating eating like sh!t either. Although I'm saying you can lose weight on almost any diet if you control how much. You can have a little treat daily.My diet by no means is on track ... but I am attempting a low carb diet eliminating simple carbs ... SFreed no cupcakes promise!!

My routine
First and foremost my most beneficial part of my day 20 min on the punching bag ...
Finished up with 10 min of fast pace walking carrying 25pds x2
Today I focused on my biceps
My groin hasn’t healed completely but 10x better than a few days ago.
Please be gentle if I don’t get the technical names down... and I’m certainly open to new exercises
Standing bicep curls: DB
10pds x12 15pds x12 20pdsx10
Hammer curls DB 10pdsx12 15pdsx10
Standing curl with 20pd bar x12
Sitting bicep curl: DB
10pdsx12 15pdsx12 20pdsx5
Pushups 5x3
Cable Curl 40pds 5x3
Threw some punches with 5pds increasing to 10pds until exhaustion

There's a lot of truth in rtmilburn's post. You've got a lot of emotional shyt going on. Doesn't mean you can shove a bunch of cupcakes down your pie hole, but at this point you gotta have something to get you through the day. Just try to not fck up too bad. Give yourself a few months and enjoy life.
Anything is better than nothing. For the last few months my workouts have been shyt, but I keep going anyway. Keep hitting it and before you know it you'll be back in the swing of things, having young guys at the gym creeping on you all the time
