I know this was back on page 18, and maybe covered again but bcaa's intraworkout are great and even right after. After all we only consume protein to get the aminos. Granted there's a lot more aminos that come from whey etc but the statement is true. And if you look at all the intraworkout supps out here- like OL endure- it's mainly just a big old shot of leucine (Frank Zane used to pop leucine tabs all day) and iso/val.

So saying a waste of money or overpriced piss formula I think is a stretch.

I guess I'd put it like this- if it's on sale I'll snag a tub and it'll sit in the cabinet for 6mo til it gets used. I'll use during fasting and other times when I'd rather not eat but give my body what it needs to not loose what I've been working for.

Some of my family goto Colorado yearly for these beast. When I lived up north I waited to see a moose ... never happened.

He was mounted too high, would have looked like a deer on stilts. Did think about it though. After putting up tree just didn't look right. Invalid Link Removed
 
Wish I could post a pic of mine, but mt ex-wives have all my mounts. Being in the Army I couldnt just put them in my barricks room after the divorce

lol I see what u are talking about... you know honestly .. I started building a new home forever ago.. I don't live in it yet... did most of it myself along with friends... Beautiful two story home.... I have no time.

Believe it or not ... Just recently thought about doin research back on my father's side... they are all gone.. so I'm not sure. Ummm mother's side ... once again not sure .. to many ifs and ands on that

I used that ancestory dna test. Pretty easy and accurate

It gave me the countries my family came from and what percentage of each country. It also gave a generalized map of where in the country they where from, and gave me percentage and links to people that our dna came back similar and it says like possible 2nd cousin, etc

I would say so, because though it's hard to tell it looks like you may have some Italian in you or depending on what you know about the family maybe even some sort of eastern European?? Definitely have some darker features and very naturally beautiful lines to your face that seem to come with regional bloodlines ( and a rockin body). I wouldn't be surprised if you are split in quarters ( a quarter Irish a quarter Italian Etc) or something of that nature. Would be interesting to find out. I know half of my blood but I'm still curious about the other half so maybe one day I'll send in a kit under a false name. I don't like the man. And he probably doesn't like me.
