Ya that's what I'm hearing as well just that moving up/getting raises/or changing departments is almost impossible without bsn

Grandsons 2nd birthday. Then 4 hour drive back home, so unfortunately no shenanigans for me.
 
I live in western Illinois, about 1 1/2 hours north of St Louis along the Mississippi river. My Son lives in northern Illinois. I've moved quite a few times for work. I've realized that driving to spend time with family or friends is never wasted time.
 
couldn't be better said my friend... life and time is precious. what we fail to realize is time has no friends... she don't stop for no one.
 
Back on the first page, post #7, you said you were 170lbs. I am with SFreed. Still have trouble believing your 200lbs. Keep working hard and keep up the intensity and it should keep falling off! Baby steps!
 
Has your goals changed? You should definitely do circumference measurements. Your frame will appreciate that alot more, trust me.

You realize that an actual picture like that would get this log shut down pretty quick, right? It'll have to be a text sort of thing. Or an in person sort of thing.

Honest question ... you guys sh*t at the gym?? or hold it cause ...just cause u only drop your kids off at your pool??
 
Anywhere, anytime. I know plenty of guys who only poop at home, but I never understood it.

Go for the BSN now since you are already in school. Once you stop and start working it makes it much harder to go back and finish it later on. Plus you will have more opportunities down the road in the health field if you have the bachelors degree.
