My introverted self... reform reborn.

Workout this morning basically all cardio in 15min intervals rotating from treadmill, elliptical, row machine, with 3sets of 12 pushups

Nothing exciting today honestly was a bad start to gym today

MyFitnessPal is GREAT All u do is scan barcode if ur in a jam. and I have never come across something that doesn’t scan.....makes counting cals and macros so easy
 
I like the lose it app also. And I've heard good things about evolve but it's only on iPhone
 
Remember, if you have sweet cravings, the only time when it is permitted is right after workout. Have some proteins too.
 
I try to stay away from sweets ... period I'm afraid I'll kick the bucket ... like my pops at an early age ... there are times I wake up in the middle of the night with intense cravings I'm gonna have to find a substitute that's healthy for those urges

Normally I would say : Bad choice, because - sodium. For now it's about diet and discipline, hence: good choice.

For late night sweet cravings, gummy bears helped me. Later I switched to almonds, now I use hard boiled eggs. Peeling them is like therapy, LOL.

Make sure that you time your meals better! After workout = biggest meal of the day!
Like:

Meal 1 :after workout: 1100kcal, including most daily carbs
Meal 2 :600kcal / low carb
Meal 3 :500kcal / low carb
 
Suggestion about how far apart meals should b?? Ok to take whey protein post workouts too??

Whey after workout = okay. Also to fulfill total protein requirements of the day, in your case around 150gr/day (not lower than 120gr, IMHO)
Meals should be spread out evenly, say others -BUT my personal opinion is, that's bullsh1t. I'm now beginning my third month with only ONE huge meal a day, leaning out AND gained some muscles. To be fair, I'm using a mild dose PED's too.
 
Not to side track here but what kind of shop you own??

I'm a fan of one meal a day .. my problem in life was a 2liter of Pepsi a day ... sometimes x2 and fastbreaks

Vape shop and Video Game shop. Vape shop for 9 years and Video Games 25 years. I'm also in urban development and biological farming.

Switch soft drinks to zero carbs. If intermittent fasting (one meal a day) is for you, go for it. Here you can up total allowed calories x day, as the fasting time burns extra energy.

Note that half way through I changed from : One meal after workouts, to: One meal every day. On workout days with carbs -on off days low carbs.

Following the logs of AM members is common courtesy -and gives new insight to training, exercises, drugs and whatnot. I learned tons of useful stuff by subscribing to others.

No sir I did not cheat .. and I just walked through gym door ... haven't had breakfast yet... I'm assuming I eat afterwards or did I make a mistake not eating first?? Today is leg day
