In our defense, look at the way this thread has progressed. You ask for advice, then go on a multi post rant about poop and greased up ball sacks. None of this makes any sense, or follows the same pattern as the 100 other threads started by new people asking for advice. We're all willing to help you, but a lot of what you're saying just doesn't add up. And believe it or not, there are some really smart people here who know a lot about losing weight and building muscle. So, post a full body picture (guarantee you there isn't a gym in existence that doesn't have a huge a$$ mirror) and let's get serious about this. Or not.

At 210lbs you don't look fat to me. Thing is, we don't know if you are already muscular, because muscles weight more than fat.
We have to find out how much calorie you burn daily to build a diet.

It would end up like: "Do what I say -don't do what I do."
 
stacy1212 the mechanics of losing weight is easy. Burn more calories in a day than you take in and you'll lose weight. Easy. The mental aspect of losing weight is where it gets tough. Add building muscle into that, now things are getting really interesting. You said several times that you've been serious about working out for two weeks now. If you are in fact 212 pounds, you've spent quite a bit of time putting that weight on. And it will take time to get rid of it. Diet and exercise.

We've all we've all made the decision at some point to stop being fat bastrds and do something about it. We also see threads from people every week who don't take this serious and think that there's some pill or powder they can buy that will get them to 10% body fat and ripped. Doesn't work that way.
 
Please read a bit about some of the modern diets, centered around bodybuilding.

-carb back loading
-targeted ketogenic diet
-intermittent fasting

...and tell us if any of the three appeal to you
 
Now I used the very active option but that's new for me only two weeks at it so far. I gave you my measurements prior... tomorrow at the gym i will take some selfies ... I may drive the 30min tonight and go haven't decided yet. Tomorrow I will submit my meals ... quick question maybe I should skip the whey protein ... do u guys ever worry about Rhabdomyolysis??Invalid Link Removed

Do you have a smart phone? Your camera may have a 5 second delay button on it. iPhones do anyway. Just an idea.

So we change that from Very Active to Moderately Active (because new people alwaysthink they're working harder than they really are) and we're looking at 1700 calories per week. How do you feel about eating chicken every day?
 
And even though I'm not a nurse, I'm aware of what it means.
 
Carb back loading ... I don't know if you read earlier where I mentioned my dad died at the age of 49 diabetes induced ... I crave sweets ... I tend to wake up too a sweet tooth ... so I would be a beast doing fasting ... when I work out I'm a beast anyways... with this said ..... I think this is the option for me ... I need to read up on it though a tad more than just a skim

Okay, if you keep your pace with 6-7 times exercising x week, you have to stay below 4150 kcal to loose weight.

Even though women recover better from exercise than man. IMHO you should cut exercise frequency to 5 times per week at most, to give your body rest. That leaves you with about 3900kcal/day total allowed kcal's to maintain your weight.

For the first month stay at 3400kcal x day (500kcal deficit). Try to consume at least 150gr protein/day.

After a month, when weight is a bit down, readjust accordingly to, lets say 3200kcal/day.
 
And I think it's time for me to take a break from this.

Slow down, please. Carb back loading is the opposite of what you may think.
You can't build muscles while losing fat (well, only when starting to workout after a loooong pause).
You have to get leaner first, then build up.
Rhabdo is of no concern if you are healthy, do rest days -and your nutrition -and training is on point.
Build a training that allows, by rotation of body parts, enough rest between training days.
For instance, training arms today -and back/or chest tomorrow is counter productive as both need arms.

Cutting out sugar is strongly advised! If you have a sweet tooth -get rid of it. In a 1-2 hour window, you MAY consume simple sugars, after workout, for replenishing muscle glycogen.

I think I have a game plan in mind tomorrow I'll pull off the selfies on my own my mom always thinks I'm joining a website for dating and yes she's one of those people ... I will be the talk of her Facebook about who Stacy has finally lost it...

I'm gonna do some planning tonight .. with the above said help figure out a diet plan for the week... once my radiate comes I will simply take it with amino acids and I have whey protein post workouts ... like I said before I think like you've all said let's build a good foundation I'll do the work ... I'm not a complete assh*le I don't get offended easily... so please be upfront. I'll do my best to keep my chaotic mind focused ... If I fail at this I will personally allow u all to throw pie in my face ...

-You have to count calories -and grams of protein, period!
-Prepare yourself to have a food scale and use google to find out how many calories -and what you are stuffing into you.
-read on the 3 diets I posted earlier, they are the most advanced diets for your goal
-endurance comes by itself, also while in a caloric deficit....muscles need a caloric surplus to grow

Just try to focus on your goal. Read again what was posted here (not the silly parts). Buy a food scale -and if you MUST eat sweets, do it right after a workout, its the only time of the day when its "allowed". SFreed is right, calculate your daily allowance again, using "moderately active" as a ruler, then stay 500kcal below the daily allowance for a month, while working out 5 days a week.
 
I have no idea how the Remeron may interact with Radiate. Go low with Radiate at first, do you hear? LOW!

True story ... recently was sick like a dog .. went to ER which is huge for me... I never ever goto the doc ... the ER physician comes in says "tell me something great like you where hiking fell off a cliff... attacked by a mountain lion" etc... my simple reply ... " I **** my pants nothing more nor less just **** my pants... and my farts are killing small children". I thought he died by laughing himself too death... why I don't goto doc... other instance would be the time I got attacked by a damn squirrel... I had squirrel balls in my face as he grasped my little cheeks with his claws... my mom made me goto the ED for possible rabies
.. she said no one ever gets attacked by a squirrel..most have rabies. Let's just put it this way... the likely hood that a squirrel has rabies slim to none... thanks mom the CDC just laughed themselves to death.

I did take ibuprofen pm a few times ... thought I was giving myself a GI bleed... so I stopped... umm I did melatonin ... didn't work. I'm a firm believer in three strikes and your out... I'm hoping the headache is unrelated. Didn't finaflex have a sleep aid at one point??? Do u take anything??
 
My answer is simple I was told this was my miracle drug.. every med supposedly takes time to work so I'm told. I'm at least gonna take this med for a week before I say no way because at this point the sleep deprivation is becoming a problem
