In our defense, look at the way this thread has progressed. You ask for advice, then go on a multi post rant about poop and greased up ball sacks. None of this makes any sense, or follows the same pattern as the 100 other threads started by new people asking for advice. We're all willing to help you, but a lot of what you're saying just doesn't add up. And believe it or not, there are some really smart people here who know a lot about losing weight and building muscle. So, post a full body picture (guarantee you there isn't a gym in existence that doesn't have a huge a$$ mirror) and let's get serious about this. Def can eat chicken daily ...So we change that from Very Active to Moderately Active (because new people alwaysthink they're working harder than they really are) and we're looking at 1700 calories per week. How do you feel about eating chicken every day?

I tend to wake up too a sweet tooth ... so I would be a beast doing fasting ... when I work out I'm a beast anyways... with this said ..... I think this is the option for me ... You can't build muscles while losing fat (well, only when starting to workout after a loooong pause).
You have to get leaner first, than build up.
Rhabdo is of no concern if you are healthy, do rest days -and your nutrition -and training is on point.
Build a training that allows, by rotation of body parts, enough rest between training days.
For instance, training arms today -and back/or chest tomorrow is counter productive as both need arms.
Cutting out sugar is strongly advised! If you have a sweet tooth -get rid of it. In a 1-2 hour window, you MAY consume simple sugars, after workout, for replenishing muscle glycogen.

True story ... recently was sick like a dog .. went to ER which is huge for me... I never ever goto the doc ... the ER physician comes in says "tell me something great like you where hiking fell off a cliff... attacked by a mountain lion" etc... my simple reply ... " I **** my pants nothing more nor less just **** my pants... and my farts are killing small children". I thought he died by laughing himself too death... why I don't goto doc... other instance would be the time I got attacked by a damn squirrel... I had squirrel balls in my face as he grasped my little cheeks with his claws... my mom made me goto the ED for possible rabies
.. she said no one ever gets attacked by a squirrel..most have rabies. Let's just put it this way... the likely hood that a squirrel has rabies slim to none... thanks mom the CDC just laughed themselves to death.
I did take ibuprofen pm a few times ... thought I was giving myself a GI bleed... so I stopped... umm I did melatonin ... didn't work. I'm a firm believer in three strikes and your out...
