My introverted self... reform reborn.

Ok so my diet has changed significantly over the last two weeks ... working nights I would consume an entire 2L Pepsi by myself... ate poorly love donuts ..u get the drift
 
Now I have settled in a routine of boiled eggs normally 2 for breakfast ... and I went the tofu route ... yay me. I try to stay away from fast food... tonight I'm eating a steak salad with ranch I know and water...
 
I hit the gym 7 days a week 2+ hrs a day ..
I have been following the 5x5 program with heavy weights making sure I warm up with 15min cardio before and 15min afterwards
 
You can't do 7 days a week for very long. You gotta have some recovery time
 
I'm totally gonna have too sit back and read this thread again... being at work has really thrown me off my game I went from pickled sperm too steak salad

As someone already said, try to get lean first, then bulk up. I would switch to volume training, 5x5 is mainly a strength regime, right?
 
So stupid question... I suffer from insomnia... work out in am to try and avoid endorphin roller coasters ... so take in am with pre workout then I take remeron to sleep... any thoughts??

Negative on the Radiate and preworkout combo. Way to many stims
 
Make sure to start with a half scoop and go up from there. And no reason to take with/around a pre that already has caffeine or any other stims in it (combining with a non stim pump pre is always an option, though). Radiate fasted in the AM is great. And both flavors are solid, vut peach is my fav (until margarita, obvs).
