Weight: 183.5 (+2.5)

Today I did arms, the workout felt good but I was feeling some irritability today especially before my workout. I've also been feeling an increase in appetite. Its weird because I'll be full but still feel hungry.

Wed Day 10 was my rest day because of my work schedule. Not much to report. I can tell I've been having some mood swings like i'll be irritable for an hour then I'll be all happy not used to that but its not TOO bad I mean I can control it.

My winter bulke is m14add/pmag bridge-m14add has its own anabolic properties- but it also converts to dianabol at 15%!


Looking to gain about 15 lbs and keep at least 12
 
how much is ur weight up btw? 3lbs? 3.5?
 
Thursday Day 11 on cycle

Weight: 184.5 (+3.5)

Weight is up today from tuesday when I went to the gym, feels good looking at the scale. I can definitely feel the p-mag kicking in much more. Today at the gym I had some GREAT pumps. The sides aren't bad but noticeable. As I said, my moods are going up and down but its nothing too extreme. Also today at the gym I could feel my blood pressure was up towards the end of my workout - I'm hopefully going to hit up the cardio a bit this weekend. The other side is my sleep patterns have been a bit jacked up, its been a bit harder to sleep at night and I'll feel some random bouts of lethargy throughout the day.

Did back today, with a couple quick sets of chest at the end. I felt strong and had good energy, and as I said good pumps.

Thats awesome man! Yeah I'd like to try epistane some time. I've read alot of good things about it.

15lbs would be SICK dude. I'm shooting for like 10-12 here on this p-mag cycle.

Yeah up 3.5 lbs so far, not bad for the first week and a half

Sunday Day 14 on cycle

I've been really busy the last few days because my best friend just got married. Sunday I got in a pretty solid upperbody workout though. I felt some mild back pumps and i've been feeling some lethargy but not too bad. I was at a different gym and didn't weigh myself. I'll check tomorrow though on my weight to see where I'm at.

Sundays workout I had a little back and arms included but I wanted to do a bit more today. My weight is up another pound. Today I haven't really felt any noticeable sides. No back pumps or anything. I will probably pick up some taurine anyway just in case they come back.

I had my blood pressure checked by one of those machines they have near the pharmacy at wal mart. I did it twice, the first one was 155/70 and the second one was 151/66. I know that is pretty damn high - at least for systolic - according to the machine 140/90 is stage 1 hypertension. So my systolic is way high but diastolic is normal. How dangerous are these levels? Does anyone know?
 
Ehh I talk to my Mother who is a nurse- ur bp is def high- but not stroke danger-yet, moniter this CLOSELY and if it goes much higher discontinue use RIGHT AWAY

R u on any blood pressure support supps?

I wouldn't panic man. Its high but not that high. Just make sure you monitor it closely, and possibly add in some extra hawthorn berry to help. Should come down some within a couple days

yep- Mom said (she a nurse btw) if it exceeds 180 go to the ER but at 155 ur okay- over long term this will hurt u but ur cycle is like 6 weeks- not long term


Dose up on the hawthorn berry and celery seed extract both work magic for blood pressure
 
ok thanks guys, I'm just on Cycle Assist which has both hawthorne and celery seed. Would it be beneficial to add anything else or take more than the normal dose? I take 4 pills twice a day which is the recommended dose.

Yeah I'll definitely try to monitor it every day or so to make sure it doesn't get much higher.

Today I did chest along with a little bit of calves. I'm going to be heading up to my friends place later today and he wants to hit the gym as well so I may be hitting it twice today. When I go later I'll be doing more legs. If we don't end up going I'll do legs tomorrow. I felt pretty good today, especially towards the beginning of my workout. I haven't felt any sides today other than maybe a little irritable.

I'm trying to eat about 400 carbs, 250 protein, and 100-120 fat. I eat mostly stuff like chicken, beef, eggs, cottage cheese, oats, rice, milk, various fruits, potatoes

I did chest today, unfortunately my usual lifting partner couldn't make it today so I didn't have a spotter, and I went in the mid-afternoon and most of the people working out were like women, moms and stuff so I didn't bother asking any of them to spot me.

I did have some HUGE pumps from the cable flys and the pushups, my triceps felt like they were going to explode.

As far as sides have gone, other than my higher than normal bp I haven't seen any sides at all. No back pumps, no acne, no hair loss, sleep patterns are normal - they were off when I first started the cycle. I have felt some mood swings here and there but nothing I can't control.

Guys I feel bad that I haven't been able to get on here this last week. I've been working long ass hours at work because I've had to cover for someone that is out of town. So I've basically been getting up, going to work, going to the gym, and going to sleep. And eating of course. I made it to the gym 4 times this last week though which is good. Its day 35 on cycle, so 5 weeks. Sides have been very minor still, pretty much not noticeable at all. So I think I may go the 6 weeks and ramp it up to 100 mg for this last week.

I did get a terrible headache one day, I think it was weds. I'm not positive that it was from the pmag but I rarely get headaches so I'm thinking maybe it was.

I've had NO back pumps, never even bought taurine cause I haven't felt them, and no acne, shedding, libido has been normal. Honestly I've felt really normal, other than the headache.

Thanks bro! I actually put up 110 on the db's for this weeks chest workout. I'm trying to remember if I did it for 8 reps or 10, but either way I'm feeling strong!

Weight, last I checked, was right around 190, which I think is solid. So I've gained about 9 pounds or something. Hoping for another couple this last week.

Thanks man! Yeah it definitely felt awesome seeing the 190 on the scale. Yeah I can see the changes, I took some measurements right before I started and I took them again a few days ago. I'll have to find where I wrote them down and post them up here, but I've gained a half inch on my arms, and I've made gains everywhere else too.

I can see them in the mirror too, its pretty cool. I'll post up before and after pics when I finish.

Alright tuesdays workout! My weight was 191.4 but it was 10 at night so that may be a bit off

we didn't get to the gym til about 10 pm. It was good though, there weren't many people there. So anyway, we were planning on doing chest and delts but after we had done a bunch of chest we decided to do delts next time. The workout felt good, I had a lot of energy, and my strength was good. Not sure if I hit pr's but it was a solid session.

The third set I still felt pretty strong, I think I may have been able to push out one more rep but I knew I was doing a 4th set. That 265 was heavy, I did the 3 reps without help, I know I wouldn't have gotten a 4th rep though. The third rep was going up hella slow.

We were going to hop on the cables here but they were being used so we noticed this machine and decided to give it a try. They don't have one at the gym I usually lift at. Its like the hammer strength press machine but this is called wide chest, and it has a really wide grip and then they come together towards the end, so its sort of in between a fly and press.

Yeah man, thanks for the advice. I've been feeling a bit nervous about coming off the cycle because a lot of people make it sound like a lot of the gains just go out the window! I'm going to hit it hard though and eat a ton through my pct!
