My first competition is TODAY!!

Well fellas, the day has finally come!!! After 12 weeks for grueling preparation, training, dieting, and mental exhaustion, I will be competing in my first show in just a few hours. It is a national qualifying NPC in which Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler will also be guest posing. I couldn't more excited!!! Wish me luck and I will be sure to post how it went!!! ~~~freQ~~~

Well the NPC went AWESOME!! I came at 145lbs (lightest in the show by 7lbs!!), never got my bodyfat tested.. but I'll let yall be the judge. I placed 2nd in men's lt wt, up to 153.25 lbs; and placed 3rd in open lt wt up to 176 lbs. Qualified for nationals and got a big kudos and hand shake from Jay Cutler... not freakin bad imo!!!
