I agree.
I'm playing with high reps. 20 usually (sometimes I go extreme and hit more) usually 4-6 exercises per muscle.
Going to do brisk walking for 30-45 as cardio and see where I go.
I train to stay healthy/fit not to really lift cars, hope to be training when I get older.
