Weighed in at 186. Surprised cuz I've been eating like a beast but I did lose like 3 lbs right before I went to the gym... Oh and I'm definitely feeling a little something now. This is my 8th day on cycle and my first arm workout and I just wanted to keep lifting! I'm swole as hell right now, combination of carbs and creatine but the pills are definitely KICKING IN NOW. Hope it just keeps coming!!!

For sure. It's not anywhere near my last cycle 2 yrs ago or so where I gained massive strength and bulk right away, like 15 lbs in 2 weeks and strength through the roof, but its way more steady and I like this stuff better. I mean there is no way I could've done 265x8 on my fourth set last week but sure enough I did yesterday. Def feeling Alpha in the gym

I still don't get why people stack so much weight on stiff leg deads. I saw this guy jut a min ago repping with 315 and it looked like he was gonna snap his back. All jerky n whatnot. Anyway like Kai Green says about stiff DL "if you have the mind-muscle connection you don't need a lot of weight". That dude uses 135 lbs for stiff leg deads and he's like 5'8" 280 lbs...

and then they bend their knees wtf!!! they don't call them stiff legged for the fug of it...I will go up in weight but won't break form. I never go past 225 and usually only go to around 185.

Grip has improved dramatically. I used straps for this workout last time on everything after pullups. This time I forgot my straps and just rolled with it. Did just fine. Barbell almost slipped on my last DL set but ended up being fine. Also ima make sure to eat something before an AM workout next time cuz I was feeling a little gassed without any food in my belly

YOu need that fuel man. I workout 5am daily and theres a huge difference in performance if I dont have any carbs pre/intra

I always perform much better fasted but that is something I got used to with IF protocol. I think some people do not experience a heightened performance level during fasting but many do, has to do with body type I think.
 
I'm the same way sometimes I workout fasted and sometimes I don't but never noticed a dip in performance barring nutrition is on point the remained of the day or day leading up to fasted workout.

I am definitly not one of those people. I go with 40+c pre and If I go under 200c daily my performance drops dramatically.

By the by, muscle soreness has decreased dramatically. I've had no DOMS since my leg workout on Saturday.

I work out first thing am so though id rather eat I usually use vitargo/glycomyx or whatever and some bcaas then a preworkout like 15 minutes later

I prefer solids over liquids. If I'm in a bind Ill mix dextrose powder in my preworkout which does help when in a clutch, but I can still do more with solid carbs.

I am sure that there is many benefits, but it may be some people don't get the same effect. For me I know it is the case cuz I can really feel added power and strength in my fasted workouts. I have a very unevolved system. The reason our bodies adapted this way is that we had to go long periods without eating way back when. We needed vast amounts of energy and agression to go out as slay that large beast we needed to gorge on. Some people are less efficient this way so IF is not for them. Ectos generally need to eat every few hours where I could get by with once a day and still perform at top form.
 
Ya in as close to 100% ecto as you can get carbs are necessary for me as well as every couple hours. My wife is a figure competitor.and if she.even.looks at carbs outside of veggies her.performance.drops and. She.feels like crap.

Shoulder workout has really improved. My form has gotten much better allowing me to hit target muscles much better than last week, even if weights didn't increase dramatically. Side raises and rear raises especially are much stronger.
 
This **** is really meeting my expectations so far. Very impressed with the steady gains I'm experiencing. I've gained 10 lbs so far.

At two weeks in, without a PH and at the same caloric surplus, I would probably have gained a similar amount of weight. Probably 7-10 lbs. That said, I would not have gained the stellar increases in strength or LBM. That's the big difference here, LBM. My muscles are much fuller and dense. And that's pretty awesome in and of itself. Most PHs leave you with wet gains, a lot of water weight and bloat. This one is dry and solid, much better. If I can gain another 10 lbs before the end of cycle than we'll know for sure how much mass this Shiz is capable of.

So far no significant sides. The last couple days I've noticed being less horny by frequency, meaning I'm usually horny all day whereas lately I've been horny only at certain times of the day. But this has not had a negative effect on efficiency or quality of sex with my wife. No signs of estrogen conversion. No lethargy.

That's a whole lot of weight fast. I'm surprised. Keep up the good work. Sounds like another great finaflex product.

Didn't mean anything negative by my comment. Just a statement for viewers to understand that this PH ain't no joke. And the fact all of us loggers are experiencing great results with this product solidifies the fact that it is exceptional. I'm glad we're all enjoying this ride.

Same active ingredient, different delivery method (oral vs sublingual). Finaflex version has more active in it.

Eff me. Was getting dressed for class this morning, sat down to put my shoes on, bent over, and ripped my pants in the ass-crotch area! LMFAO

Getting big! What I really like about this stuff compared to what I've taken in the past is that I still have the capability to do cardio without getting massive back and calf pumps that make it impossible to perform cardio. Also I don't run out of breath right away when doing cardio as compared to other PHs I've taken.
 
Hmmm I avoid the sdrol clones and whatnot so never really felt like I has held back from doing cardio in any way.

Yeah that's where I effed up last cycle 2 yrs ago. Gains were almost instant with that stuff so I think that's where the loss in cardio and pumps came from. This stuff came on gradually but is totally dominating now. Love it
 
I been taking this for about 3 weeks. I was gonna log but don't really have time. Started off inclining 275 6 times. Up to 275 10 times. My legs are significally stronger. I'm already bigger. I'm taking 2 n the morning and 2 later on. Been working so far. My chick loves the way I look on it. Also makes me excited to kill the weights. I don't kno I it's a mind thing or what.

I have a problem guys. The Marine Corps Birthday Ball is next weekend and I might not be able to fit into my dress blues at this point...
