Whats your favorite flavor of Assault?

Blue Arctic Raspberry is the only one I could get!!! but I have order Raspberry Lemonade from BB.com and who knows what I am getting from Tfsupp they do not give you an option on the Flav they just send you what's in stock.!!! they are the cheapest on the net I mean like 3 ducks cheaper then BB.com, I only go to them when ever thingis are on back order...
 
islandmagicmic is back! I have gotten some assault from a good friend much thanks... today was Leg day. I can honestly say I was working in the gym.... I have taken my BF 45 min before the gym and the Assault 30 min before gym... I am working with Pmiller to try 2 pack of Bf on workout days only. he will get back to me on how I will work this plan.. I am just so pump to see how this will work!! last thing I had change my routine do to my shoulder not being a 100%

Alright this is how I would run it,
Upon waking on workout days take the Battle Fuel.
20 minutes later take two scoops of combat, along with some oatmeal or whatever you would normally have for breakfast.
35 minutes before your workout take another Battle Fuel and drink the Assault.
During your workout take the intra-aid, once you run out of that you can just take the Assault closer to your workout/during it.
After the workout take some Dark Matter or 1 scoop of Combat + 50g's of dextrose. You can find dextrose super cheap at home brewing stores.
Next with your last two meals of the day take 5g's of fish oil. With the very last meal take your orange triad. Then right before bed take your Bullet Proof.

On non workout days just take 1/2 scoop of Assault upon waking with one packet of battle fuel. Then at night take your fish oil and orange triad.
 
This got to be the worst routine I have ever used!!!!! I have to go rethink my arm routine... This just suck! I wil have it down next time...

Hello all cools cats I did not workout yesterday :( and my Dam Assault did not come in on sat!!! Dam iT!!!! I only had enough for two days.. Any who I will be back in the gym on my normal day ( wed) so I got two more fliping days until my assault should be in...
 
its ok, it will just be that more awesome when you get it!
 
Oh Boy ...Let me tell you cool cats that if you dose two packs of battle fule on your work out days you might be a little off.. I feel so strange dosing two packs but I will keep it up!!!!! I did chest it was not the best workout i had but I felt ok about it.. My left shoulder is killing me.. so I did a light chest workout but I may have to forget the DB for now and just use Hammer strength machine... I want to see how I will do on my leg day, I love legs and back are my fav...

Hi all I have been having some bad luck this last past week... For one I have not gotten my assault then I cut my arm on a dam ladder that I needed to go to the ER for... Holy crap I hopng to be back in the on Monday what the hell
 
its all good man, just get back in and hit it hard :D
