Alright this is how I would run it,
Upon waking on workout days take the Battle Fuel.
20 minutes later take two scoops of combat, along with some oatmeal or whatever you would normally have for breakfast.
35 minutes before your workout take another Battle Fuel and drink the Assault.
During your workout take the intra-aid, once you run out of that you can just take the Assault closer to your workout/during it.
After the workout take some Dark Matter or 1 scoop of Combat + 50g's of dextrose. You can find dextrose super cheap at home brewing stores.
Next with your last two meals of the day take 5g's of fish oil. With the very last meal take your orange triad. Then right before bed take your Bullet Proof.
On non workout days just take 1/2 scoop of Assault upon waking with one packet of battle fuel. Then at night take your fish oil and orange triad.
