MrBig's G-bol Explosion

That happens to me around 15 every time.

I gotta take some breaths and get my wits about me. After 15 most are done one at a time. Drop down press back up, thank the good lord my legs didn't buckle, another deep breath and do it again.

I get to 15 and then it's a religious experience. I hate standing there catching your breath between reps and your back starts tightening up, calves start burning and you know you have 5 more reps!!

Ever since I have started DC people have been bugging the hell out of me at my gym about what the heck I am doing. Seriously. I feel like half the gym is watching me.
 
I know what you mean....I had this kid looking at me while doing my calves today. When I got past 40 he was all :wtf:.

Thats always a good thing brotha! So on the fats did you up it in foods or supp oils???

I'm completely against taking in fats through supplemental oils aside from fishie caps... since I really don't eat a lot of fish.

Mostly nuts for the fats, also some bacon (well drained), and sharp cheddar.

I also really can't stand the thought of grinding up oats in my shakes... Ruining a perfectly good damn shake, IMO...

Eh it is. It is a grip, like 500 a bottle of 100 tabs. Gov't gets it ALOT cheaper though.

Sorry for no new updates, haven't had time to truly get in my usual workouts. Almost outta this bish.

Did my normal shoulder day a couple of days ago and chest today. Ohh man what a good workout!

Db Flat Press-115*18+11+8. Had to stop at 18, chest was on fire! All in all an awesome set. I had only planned on 95's, picked them up and they were light!

DB Decline-120*14+9+5.

Wide Grip Press BB- 190*15+12+9.

Wide Grip dips- 3 sets of 10. (Longer rest than usual, was toast by this time.)

Finished off with some cable work to set everything off. Killed cardio for about 14 min, then ate. Sleep is getting worse, finishing up some stuff and just waiting to leave. Can't wait!

Final review coming in a couple of days for Gbol....it's def on my list of fav supps.

I just recently finished up a 30 day "cycle" of Glycobol and wanted to give AM an opportunity to see what it did for me.


I used Glycobol in a Bulk setting, I'm a fairly lean male (7-9% bf) that has a very fast metabolism and partakes in a lot of Cardio and high intensity weight Lifting. I will be discussing dosing protocols and other things in the next 5 bullets.

Calories per day:

Week 1-2:4-5.5k
Week 2-4:5.5-7k

Starting weight: 203 Lbs
Ending weight: 210 Lbs

Starting waist: 30.5"
Ending waist: 29.25"

Dosing:
Workout days: 2 caps per each large meal (50-100G CHO) Twice a day, 2 Pre-Workout.
Non-Workout Days:1 cap twice a day (25-50G CHO), 2 caps an hour before bed.
Pre Bed: 2 Caps Glycobol, 20G BCAA's.



Strength: The Strength aspect of this product is pretty real. I noticed an increase in competition weights almost immediately upon dosing with my PreWO meal. I took 2 caps 90-120 minutes before working out with approx. 50-75G CHO 4-5 times a week.

Endurance: When dosing and partaking in cardio following my one hour weight lifting session, I felt everything was "easier", had more energy to go longer and recovered better.

Bloating: You will not experience consistent bloating with this product. There were some occasions where I did feel bloating but overall this was nonexistent.

Pumps: The food pump you receive from this is pretty nice not to mention taking it Pre WO. I would go between 2 caps each larger meal twice a day on workout days and 1 cap on no workout days.

Leaning: This is where Glycobol does it's work. I started this cycle with a 30.5 inch waist and after 30 days I was down to a 29.25 inch waist!! I did not think that would be possible gaining 7 lbs but it is! I was also consuming about 4-5K in the first 2 weeks and 5.5-7k in the last week.


I'd definitely recommend Glycobol for a Recomp, Bulk or Cut. I think it would be beneficial for a PCT therapy due to the antioxidant properties and the strength aspects. I will definitely be picking up a couple of bottles for future use. I can't see any fat that I've gained, only muscle. SERIOUS! I don't think you can get fat with this stuff.

What's with the 2 caps before bed on Non-Workout days?

Also, for Workout days your layout is a little confusing. Are you taking 4 caps, or 6 caps - all in?
