Do you live in San Diego? Cause I have a good one here. Otherwise look up sports chiropracters in your area. There's one good exercise I do where I lie on my back, put my arms flat on the floor so your shoulders and arms are pressed to the floor. Then keeping them like that you touch your hands together above your head, and then push as far up from your head as possible without loosing contact with the floor. Hold for as long as possible, and do it a couple times. If you can hold your arms straight without losing contact for a minute at a time you're doing better than I can.
 
ok fellas 4.5 weeks out...

going to go get some eca stack... im going to see if it can finish me off... get my fat down to optimal... my cravings are getting rediculous... im loosing my head... its not helping my crew members are eating candy and such....

bought some erase pro on topof my posing trunks and posing oils and such.... im thinking about bouncing off of the epi or lowering it and throwing in the erase pro... licogenyx is sweet stuff... but I dont think its as good as erase... erase... ripped me up when I was bulking lol...
bought two bottles.. also bought xpel for the last week...
getting closer and closer fellas... kinda nervous... cant stop thinking about it... im even dreaming about it now lol... I cant wait when this is over.. lol

so what yall think 20 mg epi 4.5 weeks more.. already running it for six so far... lol... pulsed for two weeks beginning...
drop the epi and start on my erase, or keep epi at 20 or 10 mg and run erase with it? im going to get eca stack this week. licogenyx is going to be dropped. only thing is my joints are going to be so dry.... I know my knees will be killing me these four weeks...

gotta get a fam dr. and ill have everything checked... liver enz and blood pressure will be elevated im sure... peptides give me high bp... well kinda high...

ECA is one of the most underrated ways to supplement a cut.
 
At 165 your abs need to be WAY more cut in, drop your carbs up your cardio keep at 6 meals a day for more bulk too! Train 6 days a week and you'll get there Fast.
 
What a read. Keep up the hard work Cardio will pay off. Love Epi it has slowly moved to the front for me. I can gain mass so easy but when it's cut time I love the way Epi treats me. Vascular, hard, lean I look like a monster. It helps me retain muscle while cutting.

I was at 165 and tried to loose it from there... but obviously you cant cheat... so lesson learned and now its pedal to the metal... since there is only four weeks left.

So here is my supplement line up.
multi vit 3x daily
eca stack 3 x daily
epistane 2 x daily which I will be coming off of this week and adsing in erase pro when it ahows in the mail
erase 2x daily till erase pro shows
licogenyx 2 x daily with a meal
yoked three pills before workout

I am also on peptides
-ghrp 2 100 mcg & cjc no dac 100 mcg 3 x daily

Im starting out at one pump for each section, which are quads, chest, lower back, lower abs, and delts.

thank you buddy... yeah im stepping it into high gear now... cardio almost killed me today lol.... but ill be dropping the epi soon... and jumping on erase pro.. that stuff will dry me out nicely...

I am going to DermaTherm here is a week or so. Can't wait to see how it treats me. Being sub 10% I think it should do me nice. I am going to stay lean till next year so I don't have to cut hard for a show.

What's your gaol bf% for stage?

im planning on being 3%... but well see if thats possible... I have never cut before so its first time learning my body on loosing weight....

im at 50 50 200. carbs im fluctuating... mainly cause im burning up to 1400 cals when im doing cardio.... so my body is pretty depleted after all of that... but if anything after a work out ill grab and full of dried fruit mix with nuts.. along with my protein shake. so if I keep this cardio up ill have no problem loosing weight...

I can imagine you body being drained after 1400 cals in cardio.
 
yeah man... its fully exhausting... but I have been taking my naps... and my body is responding very well to it... so imma keep it up this week and make a decision sunday if to continue... but def burning fat off of my body... my shirt was soaked... that stepper is killer...

When you have worked this hard, keep it up. Don't let that go to waste.
 
I am running peps at the moment, ghrp2 and mod grf, they seem to bloat me. I dropped from 3 x a day to one before bed dose. Just for this week because of all the bloat.

Wow that is low... I would never recomend that low... unless you are doing some really big refeeds... I am maintaining 5-6% and eating an average of 3000 cals a day and I have an extremely slow metabolism. Not eating enough is the biggest mistake I think people make it this situation. When you get very low you have to keep the metabolism going. I actually will lose more if I don't undereat...
 
I am eating at 2200 cals a day 5 meals 2 small snacks.

Here's my eating plan on my current cut.

630 am breakfast- 1/3 cup of oats, 1 scoop iso 100, 5 boiled egg whites
930-10am snack 1- BCAA 3.5 oz ground turkey
12-1230 lunch 7oz chicken breast, spinach salad with tomato avacado 3 egg whites onion fat free Italian
230-300pm snack 2 BCAA drink 3.5 turkey burger
445-500 pm pre workout shake- 1/4 oats, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 TBSP Pb, 1 TBSP sugar free jelly, 6oz hood milk 2% 6 oz water 6-8 I e cubes blended, 1.5 scoops iso100

730 ish. Post workout 1/2 banana, 1 scoop iso100
830 dinner 7 oz chicken breast/ 6 oz lean beef/ 6oz salmon/ or 7 oz lean turkey plus vegis

That's my current diet about 2200 cals and I am holding 10% at 215lbs

I refeed about once a week. Week and a half. I also take in about 50 carbs more on leg days.

yeah I would refeed on leg day... not only should you do legs but also cardio on that day. and if you can do it all in the morning...

this week I found a sweet spot... I have been doing my hr stepper once I wake up on fast.. after, I eat veggies and chicken... small handful of nuts... then wait thirty minutes jump into workout for that day.... my body is responding awsomely to it... every morning im seeing results... the stepper sucks though... today I felt bad and couldnt finish my workout, prob cause I didnt sleep well and just low on carbs... so I had about 100 carbs... body blew up off of it lol... looked awsome... went home after gym and passed out for three hours... I think im good now well see how workout will go tom.. ill post workouts later... yall are going to flip at what I did yesterday lol and even today...
 
dw is right... but honestly... everyone is different... im responding well to it right now... dont know why... cause this is the lowest I have ever got... my body is worn out... but I have already gone to this extreme cant really go up and then down again... what I would recommend for anyone that is cutting gradually cut carbs... I cut carbs to soon... but the first time is all learning anyway :)

I wasnt feeling too hot today... couldnt sleep last night... not sure why... I felt so worn out and like crap. I took in 100 carbs today just cause I thought it was maybe that... im also getting a sore throught so.... I hope im not getting a cold....
 
Yeah I am not going as low as you. I am going to 7%, maybe 6, for a photo shoot then maintain 7-9% till January then I will start a very lean bulk cycle through end of February. My bulk will be very clean, as clean as most peoples cuts, I just need a few more lbs of mass for stage in April. It should be a easy cut from 10%. If I didn't run Epi and Tzone I would do a small bulk in November and December but I will just be off pct and we have vacation and family coming in. So I figured I will blitz bulk with dry compounds and carry it into a cut and stage time. I still have to map it all out.

Just curious are you doing your own diet plans and cardio routines or did you have help from a trainer/dietitian?

Yeah there's something going around here. A few people at work have been sick. I am staying far away from them. I can't afford to get sick, and being calorie deficient doesn't help the immune system much. Hopefully you are just tired from all the calories burnt and lack of rest. Do you know what % you are now at 170?
 
Whoa been gone a week and there's 5 pages of reading... Looks like everything's going well, if you're responding well to the low calories good for you. I'd be worried about muscle wasting but that doesn't seem to be a problem. I hope you're not getting sick, I've been kinda fighting something for weeks. I see a lot of new supplements in your regiment, but why drop the epi? I seem to of missed the reason. Eca is awesome, I've been taking it the last couple weeks too.

either my epi was bad or I wasnt responding to it like I used to... I was scratching.my head on that one... plus back pumps and side effects were building... so I said screw it and jump on the erase...
erase pro was my second best thing that I know I respond well to... im already hard and lean getting vascular from only taking a week....

yeah I hope im not getting sick too... I might have to have a cheat bfast to jumpstart my immune system... hopefully not though... I have some emergen-c to drink if its not better tomorrow... I dunno... if my body could just hang on this training will give me some nice results....

not sure right not buddy I really dont.measure it... ill do that when im on week two... im just doing it.by site... I know its low though...

I have a buddy that is training me hes been through five contests so hes familiar... but hes a fat boy at heart... I tend to stay lean even bulking dirty...

but im also making my own decisions. this is new but I am personal trainer certified and am familiar with this training... its just the last few weeks that get intense...
 
It's good to have someone with you that's been there. I got certified as a trainer in 02 but don't do it professionally. Having that knowledge can really help. I have a good friend that has been competing for a little over a year and a half. He has a great knowledge base on diets but lacked on gym knowledge. He has made great progress over the last year. He has really started to learn how to build his body. He has just stared his cut for November show. He should do really well.

You are right the last few weeks ....... Is the time it gets hard. the strict diet, the cardio, the time spent. It has to feel good though to see the results. More then any scale, fat measurement, weight lifted, the mirror is the one thing that motivates me. When I see deep cuts, new veins, new striations, better muscle tone, I can dig deeper and work harder. I guess that's self motivation.

Wish the Epi would of produced better results for you! I love myself on it. It always treats me so good. I do see a lot of people that don't feel the same way. I guess its each person physiological make up.
