Ok it was slow at work, so I was able to get my leg workout in...

I dont have a squat box so squatting would be free and dangerous, so legs is difficult to train, any suggestions im up for....

front squats 5x6,5,5,4,1
squats free weight 200 reps
lunges free weight 100 reps
4 sets of 25 seconds holding all of legs flexed on my tippy toes.... these actually sucked lol... made it up at the last minute... all of my legs started shaking...

30 minutes of cardio after words....

I have been feeling lethargic a little.... not sure why.... I have been sleeping more than usual....
I have been taking alot more stimulants than usual.... epi on a pulse wouldnt already be making me feel lethargic.... I dunno.... might have to increase water intake.... or increase milk thistle....

today I wasnt able to work out or even run... we have been so busy at work... tomorrow I will kill it just bought me some super pump for the time being. it should help me have some good workouts hopefully... my energy level just isnt there...

Well, my mom had a heart attack last week. She's doing better now but was in the hospital for a few days and has had appointments she needs to go to and. They don't wan her driving and walking around in the 105+ it's been for the past 2 weeks. So trying to keep up with my training & diet has been stressed to the max. Diet hasn't waiverd but my training has, I've missed a few cardio sessions, along side a few workouts.

im glad shes doing better man...that can be tough.... I hope& pray her recovery is 100%...
yeah I have noticed that since I started throwing in the cardio 30 min to an hour after wormouts... ends up making my workouts so much longer lol.... im not used to it...

I tell you fellas.. ive been cranking the carbs down to 80. I think my body has got used to it... maybe the fat burner is keeping me stable.... but my fat im not counting... using ranch lite for my salads and olive oil for my eggs and fish, which has been the main meals, when cooking.
im feeling pretty good... besides the stimulants that are killing my stumach... which I cant back off right now...
im going to sneak away from work and workout at the gym, and lay in the tanning bed.... im excited! workout in a regular gym... been a while....
my flex posing suit came in.... that suckers revealing! major banana hamock.... I tried it on and took me a.minute to get used to....

Sorry to hear that, but that's great that she's doing better. Stuff like that takes a toll on my gym time too...

Are you on eca? I've never had stomach problems with it, but I remember trying hot roxs and it messing with my stomach... Dmaa makes me feel weird too, and kills my hunger, but I'm super sensitive to any appetite suppresion. Even var made it hard to eat.

Anyways my body builder buddy had gotten sick and hospitalized, gone from 245 to 170 in about 4 weeks. It was crazy, I was bigger than him. Well I hadn't seen him in like 3 months and he's back up to 220 and talking about competing again soon. All this talk about competing is kinda sparking my interest too.

ok... didnt workout yesterday shoulder were not liking me, so I figured to give my body an extra day of rest.... worked out today though.... worked upper body...

Were you jump roping or jogging a lot? There's two things that can happen that aren't sprains - hyper extentension of the tendons in your foot and cracks in the long little bones(medicarprils?). Either way you're going to want to take it easy on your foot so switch to a low impact cardio like a bike...

ok fellas.... I screwed up.... I think from work and working out... I'strained my back now... my lower back is killing me!!! im not quiting though... this might set me back dangit.... what do I do... I need to go get some fishoil and go for 10 g daily.... might help.... advice please.... what do I do to get through this and make it to my competition....
 
yeah... I tried to do leg extensions and leg curls at least... but even that hurt it... im even having a hard time getting inand out of my truck... jeeesh.... this isnt good... ill see how tomorrow is... maybe all my back needs is rest...
I was doing high reps 135 rack deads.... lol not heavy at all....
 
ok fellas... I have been icing and heating my back.... it seems to be getting better every day.... I think I overtrained.... and with the depletion of calories didnt help either.... well now I know.... and I hope this will heal up end of this week... im trying to keep the calories low and taking my epi and fishoil... trying to stay anabolic so I wont loose muscle....
when I finish this week it will be six weeks out........ dang.... lol thats close for my back to be acting up...
ill prob try some swimming at night when I get home from work... yeah im still working mainly because I am training somone, and I just make him do all of the heavy lifting...
ill get to go home from work for three days tomorrow... im just going to take it easy on my back... eat my protein and fat....
 
going to get a deep tissue massage tomorrow. hopefully that will help on the aching.... ill keep yall posted... but no training for right now....
 
Ya I haven't been training either being sick and on antibiotics... First day back in the gym in close to two weeks.

after the deep tissue massage, she told me most of the tension was in my glutes which was pulling my hip down and causeing my back to hurt... makes sense... not sure if its true or not, but she probably is... so I have been stretching my glutes more and laying on a tennis ball trying to get more knots out...
thinking about workingout today.... all of my workouts are going to be laying down or sitting down keep that resistance off of my back.... or glutes lol....
legs will be hard right now... guess its a ton on leg extensions and leg curls leg spreads and such machines.....

ok fellas did back and bis yesterday... got a new supplement , yoked. its not that bad. I will be sore from the smallest of workouts from the pumps.
im trying to stick to as much machines as possible.

seven weeks out and im 0 carbing it... I gained some weight kinda when I hurt my back. so im cranking an hr cardio out and high reps. with no carbs... gotta catch up and im nervous and feel im not ready since my back hurt.
 
back is feeling fantastic... just not doing alot of compound movements right now... might bring in squats and leg press... but for now... good thing im on epi, and 10 gs of fishoil... keep me from going catabolic. sure the licogenix is hgelping too. planning on working out tonight ill let yall know how that goes :) sry for the delay fellas...glad the injury wasnt as bad as I thought....

ohhh also the good news, been working extra for some extra cash, and well I bought meself a gifto.... ghrp2 and cjc no dac... found buy one get one free promotion.... so I splurged 20 g ghrp 40g cjc....

keep my hgh up there during all of this... help with my cutting... first time I have ever ran ghrp 2 but I know it will rock...

Be careful with the high reps. For myself, I need to keep same intensity, volume, weight for a cut or I lose LBM
