by the way 6 wks out im starting epi... right now im going to get my joints lubricated as much as possible.
I have a huge bag of epi pills... think there estane... I can run forever lol but was thinkin two pills majority of the run.... ill be pregaming my liver juice...

You can throw me 6 weeks worth if you want haha.

Fasted AM, post workout & late evening are all solid times for cardio. Make sure there's a 6hr gap between them (generally speaking) and you're good to go

Ephedra/caffeine/aspirin is effective, clen is good if you can handle it, the stuff makes me feel like ****. And when you're on cycle t3 is said to work really well - you just need to he on cycle cause it burns muscle too. Personally I'd just do 2 weeks on eca 1 week off with benedryl.

never ran that old school cycle... why benadryl after?

haha im sure you would like that.... I bought it back when nutra sold the stuff lol.... I would love to do cardio at those times but this week... work has been throwing everything at me, so the only time we are at the dock is 2200... then I can work out for two hours ...

Cause your nervous system down regulates, and the benedryl will resensitize you to the stack so it stays effective.
 
oooo after one week off do you go back? and what are the dosages on aspirin and caffeine... already have a ton of caffeine lol

That sucks. Begging of my prep was like that. Actually, I ran epistane for 8 weeks. Totally bunk, did nothing. I'll never buy an IBE product as long as I live.

About the ECA stack, 25/200/81 (e/c/a) is what most do, and myself. I don't think you really need to take time off. I don't take benadryl either, I don't think it's needed. The pro v. con of doing it isn worth it. Maybe take 1 before bed while still taking it. ECA still gives me a heck of a boost and I'm going on 5 weeks non stop.

Smash, I don't want it to seem like I'm saying you're wrong. Your suggestion of ECA/Benadryl cycle makes sense (just like with clen) I was merely stating, to myself. The advantage of doing that, to me, doesn't outweigh the benifits from getting the fat burning for contest prep.

Haha well what myself and a lot of other people do isn't always what's recommended. Sure I run ephedra for a lot longer than 2 weeks at a time, doesn't necessarily mean I should. And I've read ephedra is like using a sledge hammer to nail in nails so the 2 on 1 off with benedryl is both healthier and makes the on time more effective. Running longer and increasing the dose is always an option, and if you're ok with what you're doing to yourself so be it. I was merely stating a recommended protocol cause that seems... ethical? I'd still stick with taking benedryl before bed for the duration, or that research chemical antihistamine that's a lot stronger than benedryl, so you at least have a little help/benefit.

Haha no not at all, everyone here is pretty respectful for the most part, and I like the pool of information that gets put out. I think I learn more here than I did in college.
 
ok fellas.... got off from work about 1850 so now my training gets more serious lol.... got a dream water from walmart as I was getting some chicken and my crystal light green tea, love that stuff. this stuff actually kicks in hard lol.... im goofy.... and dont care about a thing... I actually feel like I took an ambien.... but im about to crash out tonight gotta be at the gym to do my hr cardio... then legs later that afternoon... ill post up my lifts tom. and ill weight myself when I wake up....

update: started pulsing epi last night... will be taking 40 mg monday wend and friday....

ok did legs today some hams but mostly quads, calves, and catch up on triceps.
leg extensions 3x10
alternating leg press 4x10,8,6,6
leg extensions 3x6 heavy 20 light
hack squats 4x10
seated calves and standing calves 4x10 superset
tricep kickbacks 3x10
rope overhead cables 3x12,10,6

pump was unbelievable..... if I kept the pump that I had at the gym and was less fat I would win with no doubt in my mind... feeling good... four cups of green tea through the day....
cleaning out my supplement cabinet. added in some zma... live juice.... glucosamine and msm...
 
you def see the difference this week... im keeping it at this calorie level... seems to be doing the trick....

That's why I only weigh myself first thing Saturday mornings about 25min after my coffee, lol.

machine shrugs (basically used a military press machine and stood upon the seat) 5x10

got my hr cardio in... which sucked yesterday because I worked all morning, and went straight to cardio for 30 min and passed out when I got home... after a 3hr nap woke up at 1200 and went back to the gym to do my workout. then cardio after.... I was worn out and slept awsome last night. felt great this morning for hams calves and abs.

leg curl 4x10 (on cable tower)
high feet leg press 3x10 single leg these hurt so bad... cant do as much weight as normal....

I woke up this morning looking freekin slim! lean gains diet is helping alot... I had venison last night as my last meal, with skillet green beans... its was amazing..... best meal I have had in about four weeks lol....

trying to tighten up my chest and decided to come out to the gym today...

wide grip bp 5x20 5th set could only get 13...

woke up this morning after no carbing it yesterday... but boosting my carbs today to 200. but woke up at 171.3 lbs and waist is getting smaller... awsome progress this week... first week of epi. now second week will be fun :)

thanx bb... one thing im known for with my buddies, is my retardedly tough workouts. these are just mild. its weird if im cracked out enough on preworkout my friends that im training with pretty much tell me im loco... and these guys are bigger than me lol...
 
How you liking high repetition/lower weight over low repetition/high weight? I'm actually loving it, I get a great pump and I really get to focus on the movement... Plus a lot of the pain I was experiencing has pretty much disappeared(which I'd attribute to the gh too). In study 3x30 at 30% 1rm is just as effective for growth as 3x10 at 80%, its just you're working for endurance rather than strength...

im enjoying it.... the pumps are incredible! my chest looks hugs... and after im done working out my chest theres no fat to be seen in my chest lol.... only of it will stay like that.... but besides me screaming like a baby and crying after each rep.... from the cramping lol its great!

Like strong lift 5x5 or madcow? It was great for getting my lifts up, but everything started hurting. High volume low weight is definitely a better route for me.
 
October 6th
173lbs gotta get to 165lbs (only worry about the mirror my friend, not the scale. If you focus on your weight, you may end up sacrificing muscle mass to meet a certain weight goal. I know, I have don eit myself before unfortnately.)
no idea what my fat percentage is.... Since calipers dont work....
11 weeks out....
Will be going for 165 lightweight novice and Mens Open 165 middle weight.

Laviathon 2 pills twice daily
30g bcaas, sipping on all day.
Licogenix 2 pills twice daily
Bulk-one-carboxy every night
Green tea brewed 3-4 times daily

Right now my diet is 50 fat, 250 carbs, and 200 protein.

Carbs i eat morning, pre and post workouts.
Cardio im doing 30 minutes daily. Mainly for endurance... Want to be able to hold my poses without shaking... Clean movement and clean posing.

Any advice is welcome! Hope I impress!

As for the diet, just monitor weight loss, yes the scale lol, week by week, and also monitor how you look in the mirror. In bodybuilding, the judges have no clue you weigh 160 and the guy next to you weighs 165. All they know is you look way better than he does :) Weight means nothing in bodybuilding, David Henry is a perfect example of that. When you stop seeing results and fat loss, start playing with the macros, take out a little carbs from each meal. Start low like 5-10g, wait another week and see what happens, and keep repeating that process until 2 weeks out. Then "peaking" is whole other animal lol.
