173lbs gotta get to 165lbs
no idea what my fat percentage is.... Since calipers dont work....
11 weeks out....
Will be going for 165 lightweight novice and Mens Open 165 middle weight.

Laviathon 2 pills twice daily
30g bcaas, sipping on all day.
Licogenix 2 pills twice daily
Bulk-one-carboxy every night
Green tea brewed 3-4 times daily

Right now my diet is 50 fat, 250 carbs, and 200 protein.

Carbs i eat morning, pre and post workouts.
Cardio im doing 30 minutes daily. Mainly for endurance... Want to be able to hold my poses without shaking... Clean movement and clean posing.

Any advice is welcome! Hope I impress!
 
Tom Tom! glad your the first one homie! Yeah broskie, i saw on facebook, i def support! If you cut weight and keep those massive numbers.... shooott man youll be killing some peeps.... Biggest asian i know! :P

Ya I am trying to improve on them. Still deciding if I want to do this particular meet or not. Kind of known as one of the stricter feds as far as everything goes. I am hoping to add to my numbers. Well I am only half Asian so haha.
 
Heres my progress pic. im really worried about my misection. people say it comes off near the end because it holds sugar.... I hope thats true.... my abs are there big time... just gotta get my fat off of em and let the puppies breathe...
ill post my at work workouts.... there freekin intense and I set the thermostat at 80 degrees... makes me sweat pretty good....

I'd say add some CLA at 8-12g/day(which is an effective recomp dosage) and mt2(which will help you tan to look more ripped and has fat loss properties).

mt2 I have been thinking about... sounds like a very promising product... ill have to do some research on... cla gets expensive dont it? any good products that are cheap?

NOW CLA is like $20 for 3 weeks, and then there's that ufc brand that is similar. So not really that expensive. Mt2 is great, I'm on it and it got me dark as **** quick. I'd recommend keeping it down around 100mcg/day so that you can control the tan, I'm having trouble getting my body to catch up to my face and hands...
 
ok next pay check I think ill add the stuff... this fat burner doeant seem to be helping any... everything else is getting there... but the love handles....
 
ok workout. this is what ill be doing tonight. I hit my whole body since I never know when I might get back into the gym....

100 crunches every other day
bent over rows 5x10 heavy 3x3
lunges bodyweight how many ever im really feeling. its normally 20 each leg 3 sets.
front squats 3x15
overhead tricep press 4x15
skull crushers 4x8
ez curl bar 10x10
incline db press 10x10
incline flys 8x10
light deadlifts 8x15
shrugs 10x15-20

workout you hit all main muscles first then hit secondary, then focus on core.
then I need to explain something im sure...
I work one week on, one week off on tugboats...
the week that im working I never know how long im working and when ill be working out...
on my week off I get in my training big time... five times a week sometimes six.
 
Haha its kinda what my workouts are looking like right now, just you're doing a lot more than me and I'm sure it burns you out a bit. I'd be doing more if my job wasn't already burning me out, but I'm having to cut way back to almost maintenance levels. Funny building workout regiments around difficult jobs...

I wanna buy a sledge hammer for full body workouts... we have the huge tires but no sledge hammer... well heavy enough. I think that will help me trimy midsection...

In that weight class, the motto is get as ****ing peeled as possible! That's all the judges care about when you are 165!

I'm not gonna lie to you, you need to start cutting the carbs heavily and cardio cardio cardio!
Are you doing this drug free?

I know!!! I thought so also.... this is why im on here right now asking for help too lol.... I am doing it drug free since this is my first time competing... help! lol 11 weeks out I should be already slimmed up? cut down 100 carbs?
but if ineed it. I have some prohormones to help me get shredded.... pplex xtren superdrol etc. etc

Start taking it! You are will need to see every cut you have!! No offense but your body fat looks super high from those photos. Maybe they are bad photos... But your cardio needs to be 30min intense and 15 moderate at 10weeks out.

No offense.... But I would be worried about everything... I'm doing two shows in 4 and in 7 weeks... And I'm doing physique.. And I don't have to been near as cut as the small bodybuilders.
And here is me at 5 weeks out.

I'd say the tren, or epistane if you have that on hand, maybe even stack em or bridge from one into the other. Just something that gives quality gains without a lot of water retention. Didn't you say you had some tren ace on hand awhile back? That stuff would be perfect.

Like I said CLA will help, in studies 1g/kg bw caused a drop of something like 66% bf in a couple weeks, with a 20% increase in lbm.

Ephedra eca stack is easy and cheap too... Just buy some bronkaid from cvs. It'll help burn fat, and preserve muscle.

Oh and lots of water.

I cant run it for ten weeks lol
I would be afraid of the off cycle.... near the contest... you think my gains would change? not if I kept the diet strict huh?

Not if the dose is within reason. One train of thought I have heard is this. Bulking is more about quantity. Cutting is more dependent on compound. I would say bloat wouldn't be a problem 100mg 3 times a week. Could coincide with your tren ace shot.

My guess would be that 100/50 test prop/tren ace dosed 3 times a week would be good for your cut. Should be plenty to keep your muscle without having to worry about bloat.
 
Does your body naturally bloat from its test production? The test is needed to feel normal while you're on tren, which can kill your libido and cause ed. It's generally accepted at a 2-1 ratio, but I ran deca without prob at about 1-1 because I was doing .5 caber twice a week. So 50/50 eod or 25/25 ed should be minimal on bloat and other sides.
 
Brooooooo! Don't be so worried about compounds for your first show! Use it as a learning experience. You're still young and have plenty of time to tweak on the next prep. Not to mention you're in decent shape for 10weeks. Proper nutrition and cardio will do an amazing number on bodyfat. Just my input, sub'd

your righttoo homie.... I was thinking about it.... they got me freaking out lol.... I might get some bronkaid though.... I talked to my nitritionist... we cranked down the carbs and increased cardio.... I got this!!! cant be loosing my head lol.... he says im doing fine... and I work out with him... he is seeing the results.... I might get on some epi later.... but im learning that my body holds on to water and sugar really well in my midsection in my chest and legs.... so well see how that does after two weeks. on 160 carbs...

Ya you're a lot more ready than me at this point and I'm in the gym all the time. Seems like the discipline is all there. Why are you opposed to running epi a long time, I've seen some long epi cycles.

it is man... just using the stimulants like crazy for energy... the fat burner only works somewhat... lol...
I might imma give this change in diet sometime to kick in... then I might take some epi...
im always on something and im kinda liking the going natural route right now...
I respond to epi very very well. and I know my body would lookfantastic on that... but I think iwanna see how much further I can get it without anything first....
 
also... anyone ever heard of prepping the chicken in bioiling water? my buddy told thats his secret on getting cut.. and thats all he ate fpr his protein.... hmmm would taste terrible....

Yeah I have a friend who does this but only in the final weeks. Helps cut out sodium

You'll know if you need to kick into a higher gear as you start getting closer, and if you respond well to epi throw it in. I've been wanting to try a long epi cycle for awhile, I hear it gets pretty sweet after 5 weeks, and I'm thinking 9. Plus if it really does block aromatizing then it seems like a good stack with test...

Boiled chicken is alright, I've done it when I've been low on cooking options... Seems pretty prime if you're trying to lock in your diet.

I know there's some that are considered bad, and I think its because it has linoleic acid in it as well... Isn't there a ratio isomers and polymers you're supposed to look for? I'm still researching the stuff...

It has a 1000 count tub of 1g caps for $45 dollars US (Not sure I can directly name the company since it's a direct competitor as NP- it's not hard to deduce what company it is if you can google ;) ). It just says standardized for 70% cla but I believe they are a sister company of Primaforce which also uses a 70% standardization

dang dude.... hr of cardio then legs front squats and 100 reps lunges each leg.... immmmm done..... cranked the heater on to 85.... that was toasty....
 
getting in hour of cardio, and some times splitting it up 30 min twice a day.... dont really have a regimin right now.... just kinda doing it when I can....
anyone recommend a good fat burner just curious... mine give me energy... but I dont think its working fat wise
