Motorcycle injury recovery

I was t-boned by a car on my bike at the end of last summer, and did a lot of damage, primarily to the left side of my body. I had to change out two hours of gym time a day for two hours of physical therapy a day. To keep it short, over the course of the last year of recovery, I went from 238 pnds, 9% body fat down to 206 pnds, and I don't even want to know what my body fat is now. I'm an experienced lifter, and experienced with supplements, including prohormones, no injectables. Rather than jump back into an old routine, which I'm sure would disappoint the hell out me, I've been working circuit routines to get myself back in shape, but I'm about ready to start hitting it harder, post workout soreness is starting to subside..etc. Anyone have any good suggestions on how to wean myself back into supplements, and which supplements would be best to start off with? I would probably see massive gains pretty quick with prohormones, but I was thinking it would probably be best to get my system exposed to some of the supporting supps first. Any suggestions?
 
Damn man.. I just sold me bike recently.

Stick to what works. Creatine, protein, and food for now until you're ready to take it to the next level again.

Muscle memory is a beautiful thing. You'll get your old physique back pretty fast.
 
That's pretty much what I've been up to, my diet is good, appetite is insane, creatine has really been my only addition so far, and that's in small quantity. I have started to fill out again. I'm ready to start easing into some heavier supps. I'm dissapointed to see tren went illegal while I was away...
 
Creatine and a BCAA mix? That's what I'd go for. Don't hit anything "hardcore" till you yourself can get back into it "hardcore". Take the time and heal properly. Do NOT rush into things!

Sorry to hear about your wreck. I ride and love it. Though mine weren't nearly as bad as what you've had, I'm a 2-time member of the "Been Down Club". :cheers:
 
Hdrol cycle is as light as you can get and still be effective. Epistane is good. P-mag.

I don't think we can discuss PH in the supplement section but go to the anabolics forum and there is a sticky "OTC hormone chart"...... GREAT place to start. Look em over and pick your weapon of choice.
 
Ok, I'm feeling pretty strong in the gym, so this is what I'm gonna run with, please feel free to give feedback, comments, suggestions....

I'm 28 yrs. old, 5'8", and 210.

Fish Oils 2000mg 2x/day
Milk Thistle 1000mg 1x/day
Red Yeast Rice 600 mg 2x/day
Saw Palmetto 450mg 1x/day
Antioxidants 1x/day (vitA 10000IU, vitC 250mg, VitE 200IU, Zinc 7.5mg, Selenium
15mcg, Copper 1mg, manganese 1.5mg)
Glucosamine/Chondroitin 1x/day 1500/1200
Ambien- if needed for sleep, since I take the SDrol in the afternoon or evening.

I'll probably use clomid for PCT, and some other test booster, haven't decided yet. But I do have both clomid and nolva on hand if anything goes awry...

Questions though.... I haven't ever done a cycle of any type of SDrol clone, and I know that **** is toxic as hell... I think I have my bases covered, but should I move up any of the dosages? Particulary fish oil and antioxidants? Any and all recommendations appreciated....
