More shipping issues?!

I placed my order Friday, and got the shipping notice on Monday, cool. Now when I track the package the status sais: "Manifest Pickup", and the activity sais:"BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED." I assume my package has just been sitting somewhere for the last 24 hours after my account has already been charged.
This is bringing back bad memories with another company that lost my business. The same thing happened. The tracking status stayed like this for about a week and a half.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

You placed your order Friday...it was processed the next business day....once UPS receives the billing info the package is usually picked up the next day....if you e-mail me your order # (I need the last 5 digits AFTER the sequence that ends in 2131) or just check the UPS tracking # a little later today......I'd be willing to bet that your package is already tracking on its way to you......We have been on a 24 to 48 hour turnaround on orders for some time now & it looks lke your order is on the same track....
 
12201. Currently the delivery date sais 12/13, tomorrow. It doesn't look like it'll make it fast sitting idle. It's also possible that their system is not updating as quickly at the time...
 
If I owned a business like this and you just ordered Friday and you already are busting out the WTF icon I would tell you to shut up. But thats me...


In any case, maybe you should try to get point across withouth saying WTF when you just ordered on FRIDAY!
 
UPS doesnt update their tracking info in real time ( i actually dont think any shipping company does ). sometimes it will just say BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED" for a whole day, then when you track it the next day you will see like 3 or 4 different scans.
 
My camera order said processing for two weeks after i received the product :)

And i'll echo Bobo as well. I think we lay too much insult in our wording sometimes and post things in public that could be handled in other venues. I don't know Matt personally but he's always has been nice and helpful as much as he can be for a man who doesn't own the company. His number and email are listed in his profile. Try that before bashing the company first.

Thanks. I have posted many threads that tell people to just e-mail me or call me if they have a problem...I'm here to help......sometimes people want to let the world know about thier issues rather than solving them.

I wasn't necessarly saying wtf to ATW. I just wanted to make sure that my order didn't slip through the cracks which has happened in the past. No worries, it's almost here. Thanks for your help, Matt. I can't wait to try the Cinnamon Bun.
