Fst7 is fun. Especially the 7 sets with short ass breaks. Hell of a pump. Especially if you mix it with some meadows type work/volume.

Ho lee fook.....just went into the supp shop I used to work at. I know the owner very well since we went to school together since kindergarten and he is a great guy. That being said his workers are sometimes not umm......sane? It's an independent business and he doesn't pay a whole lot so he mainly runs the shop himself and has young guys who will work for cheap come in to give him a day off here and there.
Anyways I'm in there drinking my Stimul8, Crea-Trona, Max Pump, taurine and BCAA/SAA mix out of my shaker bottle and by habit I shake it every time I go to get a drink. The kid asks what I've got and I give him the run down.
He tells me.....I can't believe he said this this.......well actually I can......you're not supposed to shake N.O. products because it releases all the gases that make your pump.
I spit FINAFLEX all over the place. I mean the shyt was coming out of my nose and everything. The owner shook his head and walked in the back as I proceeded to educate the kid a bit.
Now my nose is on fire.

Pumps were so bad I had to keep propping my arms up on something to get the pressure off of them. Standing with my arms down was torture.
Quick session today since I was short on time. Didn't do biceps letting them rest some more. Rest times were very very short. All this was done in about forty minutes.
