Today shall be back day. I'm going to be doing biceps on back day in the future but might skip today since I did some yesterday......probably not though :P

That looks good. I just started week 11 of meadows... not sure if I will restart it at the end of this one, or try another one of his programs, or perhaps hit up fst7 myself, for 8 weeks. Lots of options.
 
Ho lee fook.....just went into the supp shop I used to work at. I know the owner very well since we went to school together since kindergarten and he is a great guy. That being said his workers are sometimes not umm......sane? It's an independent business and he doesn't pay a whole lot so he mainly runs the shop himself and has young guys who will work for cheap come in to give him a day off here and there.

Anyways I'm in there drinking my Stimul8, Crea-Trona, Max Pump, taurine and BCAA/SAA mix out of my shaker bottle and by habit I shake it every time I go to get a drink. The kid asks what I've got and I give him the run down.

He tells me.....I can't believe he said this this.......well actually I can......you're not supposed to shake N.O. products because it releases all the gases that make your pump.

I spit FINAFLEX all over the place. I mean the shyt was coming out of my nose and everything. The owner shook his head and walked in the back as I proceeded to educate the kid a bit.

Now my nose is on fire.

I think ur arms and traps look bigger. And back wider. IMO

you look thicker, with no obvious fat gain..what is weight diff between the two?

I have no clue honestly. I think those pics are about 212-214 lbs. I'm currently at 226 this morning.
 
And I haven't done any direct trap work tbh. Hardly any actually. Placebo.
 
There are obvious big changes here... well done man! And with still 20 or so weeks to play with - more can be done!
 
killer chesticular training today...put some beat down on the abs as well
have switched to a 2on/1off/2on/1off rollover schematic for awhile, until the time comes to trim down to 3-day splits

You don't look fatter in the 2nd pic, Monty - contrary, you look bigger AND leaner from behind in that shot/lighting. A lot bigger & better shaping to back of tris & all of the back, traps, erectors, all of it. Those are some heavy-ass underhand rows! Ronnie the King would be proud.

this is not news to me, but interesting that -- after decades of erroneous claims on dietary basics (and the whole IIFYM basis of dieting that was created by those pushing the "scientific" approach to dieting and how it's all about calories) -- "science" is now trying to rectify the wrong of what it has preached in the past

you'll pardon me if I continue to take all of the "new groundbreaking" studies that appear with a grain of salt..
but as for this study: hey, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in awhile :D

Thank you sir! Soooooo since you changed your show date I'm going to need you to still go to the Branch to help me out lol.

Also I'm working on weekends but we still need to get a lift in soon.

Gonna have to make sure what the boy has planned for that day first since it is his birthday which is a part of the reason we moved the show to a later date. I wish I could still do the same show it would really have been fun to be there together and be able to help one another out back stage or in the pump room.

I am definitely ready for another workout! Have any idea when you should be able to hit up a weekend workout? We are a bit far too do a weekday workout with the work schedule.

Definitely paying for it.

Pumps were so bad I had to keep propping my arms up on something to get the pressure off of them. Standing with my arms down was torture.
