Agreed. The back pumps from glutamine are horrible.

supper tonight....beans and brown rice, and brown rice and beans, yum ~625cals, 60g carbs/14g fat total and this was breakfast: ~675cals, 50g carbs/25g fat (not pictured, medium grapefruit) lower carb day on this off-training Thursday progress moving right along, looking pretty solid these days in my slimmer state, pretty happy...will have some good stuff to show when I decide to come out of hiding -- and still haven't started Phase II!! (soon, very sooooon)
