250x9+5+4 (all the weight available.......)

Deadlift (did a few too many warm up sets here since I haven't dead lifted in a while)
375x8 (had more in the tank but back pumps were hitting hard)
325x11 (sees above)
 
Ahhhh. The joy of back pumps, I normally keep reps pretty low on deads when I am on because of that very issue.
 
I've never noticed glutamine giving me back pumps? Are you being serious or is 10g a day not enough glutamine?

I think he's referring to suppository capsules.
 
Four weeks. Will someone clue superbeast in to what glutamine is? :)

Oh I guess I could divulge this bit of info.

This week consisted of some diet maneuvering. A slight change in macros and calories. Keeping the metabolism guessing and not letting things get too out of hand. Weight dipped some from shedding water but I like what I'm seeing.

progress moving right along, looking pretty solid these days in my slimmer state, pretty happy...will have some good stuff to show when I decide to come out of hiding -- and still haven't started Phase II!! (soon, very sooooon)

altho I am pretty finite in my mixes right now, they all still taste great, and if I wanted to I could create quite the rotating choice of foods to construct/produce similar results, and keep the palate guessing..

nah I don't think they run big per se, I just have a problem fitting the length of some garments, cuz I need the width to be so damn big :D

I think that was Montana propagating all that "run big" nonsense, as he likes to get L size on his ginormous frame, and look even ginormouser

I'm more of an extra medium guy myself lol. Lrg fit me great. :-). Maybe I'm growing!! And the food flavor , since I hoped on the healthy train I haven't lost flavor I don't think. Unless butter is a flavor lol. If your food is coming out bland. Look up some healthy stuff on the google box. Or just experiment in the kitchen. Win win.

Didn't wanna look back through my posts to try and find it. But gonna slowly raise my intake on carbs and protein starting next week. Raise protein in all my shakes and carbs at breakfast/ post work out. Good plan or not??

Super slow. Same advice I got from Dave. I was only thinking 25-45g pro increase and 35-50 for carbs. My weight is still dropping almost daily. ( no peaks at what till my final day of Px black tomorrow)

But I'm working on writing up my new ( slightly changed) diet. When I get it finished I'll toss it up on my log.
