Oh sprinkled in during those days was various calf,ab, lower lat and trap work.
 
So what's really in the Glutamine bottle? Nobody gets excited about Glutamine. Even the guy who discovered Glutamine wasn't excited about, even knowing it'd make him rich - that's why he let it be named Glutamine.

I cycled off of it for a while. I like to cycle all my supps.

When I'm on gear I come off anything that holds water like glutamine or creatine since water weight =increased bp especially with aromatizing compounds like dbol and test.

Wow! So I have finally read every post in Snag's contest prep log, bulk log, and now this combo log. Took me a few weeks but I did it. Awesome stuff! It's actually inspired me to maybe step on stage one more time.

Snag, very impressive my man.You have taken things to a whole nother level. Glad to see someone else is a big believer in pushing their body beyond the norm naturally first, before so easily stepping over to the dart side.

And Monte, congrats on the HUGE improvements you've made! Looks like you have an encyclopedia of bodybuilding/fitness knowledge at your disposal, and you have soaked in every ounce of it. It's easy to see that there are big things to come in your bodybuilding future.

I hope you guys don't mind, but I think I might hide in the corner over here and observe how things progress. Big ups to both of you!

Well, thank you good sir. I look forward to the journey. I only decided to retire from competing about a year ago, but since dropping as much weight as I have and reading these threads, I'm getting that urge to go anabolic again and throw on MORE MASS! Lol. Only those of us that have been there can really understand the obsession and addiction to that feeling we get when we step out on stage! No other feeling like it.

Strength is still down a bit as well as energy. Ive been fighting off a head cold going on three weeks now and this shyt just wont let up. Hopefully its gone soon.

Ill be taking a bit of time off this week too........mainly spacing more rest days in before the start of next month.

Dianadrol is just dbol with an oxime group that falls off during digestion for supposedly about a 2/3 conversion....just sayin' ;)

Aye aye captain. My long term goal is to compete at the top of the HW class. After some talk about the approach going forward we decided to throw the kitchen sink at it and get into the hw class.

As long as I stay on track diet wise and keep my training intensity up I should be able to come in where I want to be. It's going to be a grind and a very intense five months going forward but I'm down for the challenge.
 
Sounds good to me. You will be more impressive with the thickness anyway.

feeling pretty decent here this morning, physically and mentally
tempted to get back into swing of things, but determined to take some forced rest
side benefit of this is I will be raging like animal when I get back into swing of things, should be some solid workouts..

Rest day. Think my head cold might be finally clearing up......gotta get more vit c in the rest of the week to stomp this thing down for good.
 
Very very mad right now......a few days ago I went and bought about fifteen lbs of sirloin. Cut it all up into 8 and 10oz portions trimming the fat and gristle off the sides.

Well I'll tell you these are the WORST steaks I have ever bought. Tons of gristle in the meat. I got them for 2.50 a lb so it was a good deal but Jesus Christ! Not only is it killing my actual protein content on weight, I'm having a tough time not just throwing all this crap out since its so annoying to eat.

Bulking Problems. :(
