Woke up at 207.5. That's nine lbs off off show weight. Definitely have some growing to do in the next few months!

A few things I realized this morning.

I've lost 35lbs from my peak bulk weight.

At 6% bf I don't sleep very well.

And finally I can tell this is the leanest I've ever been because over the last week and a half my appetite has officially decided it's going to be a prick and make me hungry ALL day.

After that post workout meal yesterday, wich was the biggest single meal I've had in over a month, about an hour later my body was wanting to eat again. I waited about three hours to keep my meals on track and had my fourth meal (counted post workout as two) about forty five minutes later....starving. Waited for another two hours in hunger pains and ate my fifth meal....thirty minutes later...starving......

Yeah it's getting out of hand lol. BCAA+SAA have been my BFF this last week along with PX BLACK and now ECA.
 
Dude I can relate. I slept like shyt the last month before my show. I was constantly cold and hungry. It makes you tougher for sure and shows you what your mind is capable of achieving. Keep pushing my bro.

ECA did wonders for my appetite.

Phase One week Three Back WITH VIDS!

Meadows Rows – Yes, we are doing these AGAIN. Get after these: use perfect form, but push the weight ok. Do a few warm up sets then do 3 sets of 10 hard reps. Try to do the heavy weight you did for sets of 8 last time for sets of 10 this week. Watch on my YouTube channel or website if you forget how to do these. 3 total work sets. (Really worked the form this session. Deep stretches)

Smith machine barbell row – For all the reps on these, do a rest/pause. Set the stops so that the weight goes to about mid-shin. Set the weight down and relax, then DRIVE it up as hard as you can. Pull these up a little higher this week. Pull into your upper abs—lets get some extra rhomboids and traps. 3 sets of 8 rest/pause reps. 3 total work sets. (Wobbly on these. Upper back was tired from yesterday as well. And the platform i was using to get a stretch was shakey)

Narrow grip chins– I want you to do these with a palms facing in/each other grip ok. 3 sets to failure. I am hoping you get 8-12 reps. 3 total work sets.

Dumbbell pullovers– These are to be done in the style where you lay on the bench—not across it. You hang your head off the end of the bench and slowly work into a nice stretch. Only bring the dumbbell back to the top of your forehead. Watch my YouTube video or website video to see exact form. Do 3 sets of 12 reps. 3 total work sets.

Barbell shrugs – Do 3 sets of 15 on these. Pause at the top for 1 second and flex. Try not to let your arms bend. Use your traps! 3 total work sets.

Christmas eve was spot on. It's my family's big day of the holiday where we eat and do most of the gift giving.

Ate very clean actually. Baked turkey breast. Steamed vegetables. Small serving of sweet potatoes. Lots of water and didn't even look at the dessert table. Very good day.

Nice! I had some mashed potatoes but stayed away from dessert today myself. Tomorrow we have desserts but all of them are no sugar added so my Dad is safe with his Diabetes. Not sure if I will have any or not but if so will basically be reasonable on carbs.

Well I weathered the storm today so I'm in the clear.

Woke up this morning down two lbs so it might not have effected me much to put down some extra food but I passed. Slammed water all day just to make sure I'm properly hydrated with the weight drop just in case.

doesn't help I haven't been quite my old self in training, and diet (tho pretty spot-on relatively speaking) is not up to snag consistency either

not a whole lot I have to do to get things in line -- like anything else, I just need to do it
thus, why I been quiet .. let monte shine right now, he's the one locked & loaded, on a mission

Finally got some food down. About eight oz of chicken breast and a half cup of oatmeal with a tablespoon of natural pb. Figured the pb would at least get me some fats in for the day and if nothing else thicken up the food so it's harder to puke up lol.

Good to hear you got something down and it is staying. Heck mix up some protein powder in more PB and put it down the hatch maybe the fats are helping coat your stomach.

Gotta work on this pose some....I think there is some promise there. Especially since my knee cap basically disappears from the meat around it lol.
 
Lying leg curls – 2-3 warm up sets. I want you to do 3 sets of 15 reps. I want these done one leg at a time so you can focus on each ham. Do all 15 reps on one leg and then repeat on the other leg. 3 total work sets.
1 - 30x15x15
2 – 50x15x15
3 – 60x15x15
4 – 60x15x15
5 – 65x15x15 (Other leg provided slight assistance for the last couple reps)

Squats– 2-3 warm up sets. Pyramid up doing sets of 8 reps. Once you are ready to go, we are going to do sets of 6. The first set should be something you can usually do for around 10 reps. You are going to leave a few reps in the tank on each set except for the last one. Add some weight and do 6 again. Then on one final set, add weight again. This last set should be a very hard 6, but should still be done with perfect form. Go to slightly above parallel this week, no need to go below that. 3 total work sets.
1 – 185x8
2 – 205x8
3 – 305x6
4 – 325x6
5 – 365x6 (Found a spotter and had some help with last rep)

Leg press with elitefts™ bands - Do 1 to 2 sets of low rep warm up. I want you to beat what you did last week AGAIN. I want 3 sets of 8 again, but I want you to do more weight and use the exact same form (place your feet where you are strongest). 3 total work sets.
1 – 250x8
2 – 250x8
3 – 340x8
4 – 350x8
5 – 360x8 (Negatives were not quite 3 seconds on all of these so I put a ten second negative on the last rep.)

Smith machine lunges – I want 10 reps with each leg. Do all the reps on one leg before moving to the other leg. This should burn like fire. It won’t take much weight. 2 total work sets.
1 – 90x10x10
2 – 110x10x10 (Next time ill go heavier. Got a good burn still.)

Smith machine stiff legged deadlifts – Work the stretch on these. I want 2 sets of 15 reps. Keep a slight bend in your knees while doing these. 2 total work sets.
1 – 180x15
2 – 200x14

Actually I felt really run down today. Strength seemed ok at best but not where it should have been.

Just have that constantly nauseous feeling all day with some heart burn added in. Blah
