Yep should be fun to get in there with ya. You have me in a few spots and I have you in a few spots, but 6 months is a lot of time for things to change. You can definitely still grow into that show and me I am trying to catch back up on the size I lost while working on leaning back up. So right now I might just give you the edge here if I am being honest with myself. That's okay though. I am just going to come in the best version of me I can be and if I don't grow enough muscle back that may just put me in the middle weights but I doubt it. I will still help you with your posing regardless! You're my Boy Blue!

Did you happen to see what you Hematocrit level was it is normally on the machine that takes your blood out. Or you can just ask them.

last time I went to donate plasma (was while in pct), my hemacrit came back @34..
was below limit, so I was told to come back

It's not always iron related, and can be linked to kidney disease when your RBC is down.
 
Allllll righty! Weekend update.

Yesterday I took the wife to get a system put in her car. Drove down to the car audio shop and made it out with 2 Pioneer 12's a 1200watt Pioneer amp and Box for 280 bucks. SCORE! This was her christmas present since she has been begging for a system since we got her car. When they got it hooked up and she hear it she was grinning like a Jackass eating busshell of briars.

Came home and releaxed for the most part but did do some chores around the house to make sure everything was caught up before the work week started for her then for me on tuesday. Last night I did some sprints for about thirty minutes and was surprised how bad my cardio is. Was a rough go but I got some very solid work in. Followed up with some BCAA+SAA and G8, slept 9 hours.

Woke up this morning got my meal in (oats, lean ground turkey, egg whites) and hit the gym for chest day. After chest day I ate lunch with the kids at their school then meet my wife for lunch too. THEN I went and gave 2 pints of blood and got some salein put in. Productive long day. No cardio tonight since I gave blood.

Workout was VERY good and I found a new enemy....those damn banded stretches lol.

Honestly I haven't noticed much lately. Legs still leaning out some and I'm seeing new separation in my back but it's all very subtle. Progress had slowed to a crawl which is expected. We will see how the extra cardio day every week treats me, but unless I add in more stuff (clen, t3) I'm not going to get down to show ready on this cut. Also the last day of Epi was yesterday and I think when I hit that 6% mark I'll start my lean bulk phase trying to keep fat gain at a minimum. This all hinges on Snagency's plan of attack though since he is steering this ship

Dude don't mess with Clen IMO. No need ECA works nicely and be ran long term or short term. Works very well. I've read some ****tyt stuff about Clen bro

Also vascularity should be there if they gave your fluids back. Not like you are not vascular to the WTF stage anyway. Your legs are just retarded vascular. I was basically saying that with his dedication and nutritional guidance he could use something a bit safer to get similar results. I have the same opinion on diuretics, which are commonly used but I think they are not needed and can easily be abused as well as dangerous.

I just am not a fan of the whole "I read you shouldn't do that" view, pure & simple
one could read the same thing on ephedra, or DMAA....
it typically lends to an air of ignorance, and non-education
fact is: yes if used ignorantly and carelessly, clen surely can have negative results, possibly very dangerous
but (like most anything): if used intelligently and carefully, it can conversely have incredible effects, MUCH more so than simple ECA
to say ECA can produce same results as clen is quite ignorant..that said, ECA is certainly a viable and worthwhile option for those who do not wish to go the clen route

Damn Montana, back looking wide. And seeing changes on your other profiles too. Impressed how the skin you had complained about before is almost gone.
 
You hide about as well as Steve did during his prep! Looking great man! Cuts are deep, back detail has come up a lot. You have really got the lat spread part down now, they are dropping out almost effortlessly. Waist as narrowed up quite a bit too so the visceral fat is starting to burn off, this is where you will see how narrow your waist can become.
