nah I don't think any offense was taken by any means - certainly not by me I just am not a fan of the whole "I read you shouldn't do that" view, pure & simple one could read the same thing on ephedra, or DMAA.... it typically lends to an air of ignorance, and non-education fact is: yes if used ignorantly and carelessly, clen surely can have negative results, possibly very dangerous but (like most anything): if used intelligently and carefully, it can conversely have incredible effects, MUCH more so than simple ECA to say ECA can produce same results as clen is quite ignorant..that said, ECA is certainly a viable and worthwhile option for those who do not wish to go the clen route
FWIW I said similar results. Again I've never ran Clen but have many peeps I know that prefer ECA over Clen. Regardless I'm not here to argue in your thread at all. I was simply trying to help yet I forget from time to time that you are coaching him so I should've kept my mouth shut.

WORKOUT! Back daaaaay! Meadows Rows (Focused on flexing the lat to bring the weight up. Also bent over a little more doing them this time. Felt like I targeted the muscle better) 50x12 (Warmup) 75x10 (warmup) 125x8 130x8 130x8 140x8 Lat Pulldown (Flexed HARD at the bottom. First set was as wide as I could possibly go and still hold on. Next two were still wide but about an inch of bar showing on the outside of my hand. Held the stretch at the top for a second to get pulled tight. Stretched out between all sets) 200x10 (warmup) 225x10 250x9 250x9 Cable Low Rows w single handles (I did these with both handles attached and both sides at the same time....not sure if i was supposed to do them one at a time but it didnt say to so i didnt. Flexed lower lats hard on contraction) 150x10 (warmup) 175x10 200x10 200x10 One Arm Lat Pulldowns (These were awkward....couldnt really get adjusted right with how the station is set up but i still got a good stretch and contraction) 75x8x8 85x8x8 85x8x8 Toe Presses on leg press (Good deep stretch at the bottom and hard contraction at the top) 585x15 for 10 sets 30 seconds rest between sets
