nah I don't think any offense was taken by any means - certainly not by me I just am not a fan of the whole "I read you shouldn't do that" view, pure & simple one could read the same thing on ephedra, or DMAA.... it typically lends to an air of ignorance, and non-education fact is: yes if used ignorantly and carelessly, clen surely can have negative results, possibly very dangerous but (like most anything): if used intelligently and carefully, it can conversely have incredible effects, MUCH more so than simple ECA to say ECA can produce same results as clen is quite ignorant..that said, ECA is certainly a viable and worthwhile option for those who do not wish to go the clen route

FWIW I said similar results. Again I've never ran Clen but have many peeps I know that prefer ECA over Clen. Regardless I'm not here to argue in your thread at all. I was simply trying to help yet I forget from time to time that you are coaching him so I should've kept my mouth shut.

WORKOUT! Back daaaaay! Meadows Rows (Focused on flexing the lat to bring the weight up. Also bent over a little more doing them this time. Felt like I targeted the muscle better) 50x12 (Warmup) 75x10 (warmup) 125x8 130x8 130x8 140x8 Lat Pulldown (Flexed HARD at the bottom. First set was as wide as I could possibly go and still hold on. Next two were still wide but about an inch of bar showing on the outside of my hand. Held the stretch at the top for a second to get pulled tight. Stretched out between all sets) 200x10 (warmup) 225x10 250x9 250x9 Cable Low Rows w single handles (I did these with both handles attached and both sides at the same time....not sure if i was supposed to do them one at a time but it didnt say to so i didnt. Flexed lower lats hard on contraction) 150x10 (warmup) 175x10 200x10 200x10 One Arm Lat Pulldowns (These were awkward....couldnt really get adjusted right with how the station is set up but i still got a good stretch and contraction) 75x8x8 85x8x8 85x8x8 Toe Presses on leg press (Good deep stretch at the bottom and hard contraction at the top) 585x15 for 10 sets 30 seconds rest between sets

I wasn't going to but I am thinking, I will give that a try. Especially with the holidays coming (not that I am off work or anything)... but with all that 'family time' it is going to be hard to get some workouts in.

Well I think you probably have much better recovery than him right now, I doubt you will get too much DOMS until after your run is over.

Have u noticed any improvement in your cardio since the oil change? Just curious how you're feeling after. I'm getting mine done Sunday. They told me it was 2-3 hour process wtf?

Well my hct was in normal ranges but I do feel like my breathing isn't as labored as it was before. Mine took about 30 minutes once I got hooked up. They told me it all depends on what machine they use as to how long the process takes. The one I got hooked up on actually pumped the blood out of you do it was pretty quick.

so after demolishing some all-you-can-eat last night, the plan was to take it easy today..pshaw on that
will be having 3 meals of chicken alfredo, each serving breaking down thusly:
~560cals, 70g p/35g c/16g fat
lunch had a salad with it, and supper will have some black beans on the side..have not decided what that third portion will have as a side
what I will say is: damn! stuff is good (on a zatarains kick right now)

if there is a difference in process between giving blood & giving plasma, I am not aware .. I do the plasma
when you first go, they require a physical with a nurse
then, every six months you have another one
that's the way it works at BioLife
 
I'm not positive, but I think if you give blood at an ARC blood drive, you don't have to go through all of the hassle.

This was the most bicep work ive done in a while really. Arms were smoking the entire time. The short rest periods between SS along with the no rest between exercises was pretty brutal. Very good session today!

I used to absolutely dread arm day but not now.

The thing I like and have learned from guys like yourself and Kleen and other vets is that even under stress or just flat out not motivated, you guys always minimize the damage and most times make a bit of progress. I'm learning fast!

Don't worry. My progress is slowed to a crawl and in a few weeks I'll be back in eating mode. Then Steve will leap frog me.
 
So I checked bf today like I normally do by using calipers on my lower stomach. It's not totally accurate by any means and multiple pinch points will give a better estimate, but I pinched eight times and kept getting six percent. A month ago I was about nineish so even though I don't REALLY see it the changes have happend.

I will try to get my wife to pinch my triceps and back in the next couple days to get a better gauge.
