Just like the Pens did against the Canadians in game 7 and just like the Eagles did against the Pats in the Superbowl OUCH that is a low blow. BTW Papi suks!!!!!
 
Arms today. felt good and had good aggression. Numbers up and continuing to climb. For biceps thats a huge thing with me. I weigh in tomorrow so I'll see how my progress is going.

Straight bar curl-135-12,8,7,6 1 min rest up 1 rep
EZ bar 21's-25's each side-4x21 1 min rest
In alt DB curls-35's-12,10,8,7 1 min rest

Im hoping for some decent numbers tomorrow. I hate cutting but I want to get down to 10% bf before I clean bulk.

Down a few more lbs. Weighed in at 237. bf% was down. I take it myself so not 100% sure its right but it came out around 12.5%. LBM is around 207. It might be down a lbs, but also might be water. my waist is down another inch. Im going to have my wife measure my BF% with a 3 point test but still she is not an expert at doing it either. My thoughts at three weeks is this is a solid product. It is holding up to my expectations. Strength is up and continuing to fly up. Fat is dropping and lean body mass is staying around the same!

Ok so I had a major cheat day today. all you can eat seafood buffet. Im hoping It doesn't stick to bad. It was the anniversary dinner so i let loose.
 
Ok so I looked at the testopro and noticed I had some extra pills in there. So I decided to go with 6 pills today-Wednesday, 5 pills thursday and friday, and finish the run up on saturday with 4. I wanted to see if the extra pills (preworkout) would make a difference.

took 2 pills of testopro in the am and then 2 preworkout. My pumps today were threw the roof. I knocked out my chest workout in under 45 min when it normally takes me 50min to an hour. But my numbers were still up.

Incline smith-100 each side-12,12,7,4 1 min rest up 1
db bench-80-12,12,12,11 1 min rest up 1
Decline bench-12,12,9,8 1 min rest even
machine bench-120-12,12,11,8 1 min rest squeezed at top up 1
incline fly-40's-12,12,12,10 45 sec rest up 3

I felt great except for the rain. I never have my best lifts on rainy days. It brings me down and gets me unmotivated. But still was a productive session.

Yeah, I can not guarantee that I won't bump up doses down the road either. We'll see how it goes.
 
Man I got to say I HATE ****ing rain! It makes me lazy and unmotivated and I hate that. But I had legs today and they needed to get done. So I hit them hard pushed through the laziness and made gains:

Narrow stance squats-315-12 335-12 355-12 385-8 1 min break up two on 3rd set
Leg press narrow-553-10,9,8 1 min rest
Leg extensions-120-12,10,9,8 1 min rest
hammy curl-70-12,10,8
calve machine-160-15,12,10 deep stretch squeeze at top 1 min rest

Over all felt good besides the rain. The extra dose of testopro is helping. If I need an extra rep I can get. Like on squats and leg press i was able to push threw it.
 
I'd be sucking wind with one minute rest periods on leg day!
 
Interested in how much of a difference it will make.

I'll be sure to post about it when I do bump. But I'll give a good amount of time to the rec. dosage for now. It will all depend aggression factors and libido.

Oh, I haven't bumped yet. However, it's the aggression factor that I love and am usually after when I take test boosters so.... there's a decent chance that I'll be pushing the dosages after I get a good feel for TestoPro.
 
Maybe it is because I am 48 but 4 was more than enough. If I did 6 I might go to jail LOL.:sgrin:

Ok so I have been busy as hell today. But I knocked out my back I was sweating like a mad man.

I forgot to take the extra dose until 5 min before the lift. But I felt it kick in on the DB Rows! I felt like I could keep going and going on them I was up 8 reps. The good mornings were something different. I dropped the weight to get better form.

So Ill be finishing up my bottle of testopro on saturday. I will be posting my final thoughts probably monday due to a very busy weekend. I will be posting final pics as well. But today I did arms felt great again. Numbers were up.

Another sunny day cant complain. But now I'm off to work.
 
Final Review.
I started the log at 244 at 15% body fat. I finished it at 234.5 at around 12.5% body fat. My strength got better every week.

Libido-7
My Libido was up and soaring in the beginning. But like most natural test boosters I take the libido leveled off around week three. But in the beginning it was nice. Testopro made me last a long time, it was a second cardio.

Negative Side affects-10
I noticed my skin was fair amount more oily than normal in the beginning of Testopro, but that leveled off around the mid way through week one or around the beginning of week two. I broke out a little more than normal during that time but it was nothing major. I would not count that as a bad side effect. I felt like it let me know the testopro was starting to kick in and raising my testosterone.

Strength-9
My strength went up each week. My workouts were very intense. I take a minute in between sets on all exercises. I was able to get stronger staying intense while on a cut. I was eating about 1000 cals less than maintenance. Strength wise it’s the best natural test booster I’ve taken.

Recovery-8
I felt as the weeks went on I was recovering better. I really noticed this in between sets and exercises. I was able to go sooner with more reps. Workouts that took 55 minutes to an hour took 45 minutes

Aggression-8
In the weight room I was ready to go and I used the aggression to get extra reps. The only bad part about the aggression is I would get mad at my little girl for stupid things. The last week I had to calm myself down and relax a little.

Overall-9
I can’t wait till I start to bulk up again I want to use Testopro, Glycobol, and HGHpro. I felt like Testopro made me hungry. There were certain weeks where I had to really bear down not to eat everything in site.

My buddy’s final thoughts about Testopro were great as well. He used it as a PCT and loved it. He hit PR’s on his Third week of Testopro/PCT. He felt like this was his best PCT he has had and contributes that to Testopro. I think he might also try Testopro/Glycobol/HGHpro as a stack in a month or so.

My final pics will hopefully be up tonight or tomorrow.
